* Elevator Access: $150 Fee-Optional -This fee covers elevator access for the duration of your stay. The fee can  be waived for guest with mobility impairments, please call ahead to arrange the waiver.

* Golf Cart Rental: 6-seat gas cart available at $750/week or $120/day (must rent for full stay)

* Events: Weddings, reunions, and retreats welcome with a $1,500 event fee

* Pool Heat: Available seasonally for $80/day
**Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**

* Pet Policy: Up to 2 small, non-shedding dogs allowed with prior approval. $200 pet fee per pet applies
