This huge, 2000+ square foot Sandestin townhome offers ample space for the entire family and comes with two golf carts - one six-seater and one four-seater, located in the private garage! In the unit, you'll find a downstairs master bedroom with a new king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is another master suite upstairs with a king bed and bathroom (shower/tub combo). The upstairs guest bedroom has two new twin mattresses and a third shower/tub combo. Downstairs, just off the foyer, is a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests!
The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the basic cooking amenities you should need (perishables not included); you'll find a breakfast bar seating 3 and a dining room table set for 6. The living room is a cool place to chill in the evenings after a hot day in the sun and also opens up to your own private patio on the golf course. We can't forget to mention that there is a second outdoor space - the upstairs bedrooms share access to a screened-in balcony. We couldn't imagine sipping on our morning coffee anywhere else!
