Welcome to our incredible vacation home located in Bella Vida Resorts! Dive deep in luxury with this brand new extraordinary home, ideal for large groups. In the heart of it all, our home places you just minutes away from Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Medieval Times, and more! During your stay, we've made it cozy enough that you can challenge your friends in our amazing game room, watch a movie in the movie room, or embellish in your own private pool and grill area for a great quality time.

The space
Our vacation home is gracefully located on a resort in a gated community in Kissimmee, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. All of our guests will have access to the water park, beach volleyball court, basketball court, clubhouse (reasonably), community pool, fitness center, kid playground, gameroom, walking trails, and much much more.

Once you walk in, be prepared to be wowed by our modern, spacious, and fully-equipped kitchen that anticipates your every dining need. Supplied with not just one, but two fridges to a huge dining table for 24 people plus an island with comfortable luxury bar stools. Feel free to unwind in our amazing and spacious living room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation after a day of adventure.

The bedrooms are designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and style, each adult bedroom is equipped with a TV. Conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms (one including a master bedroom) making our accommodation an excellent choice for guests with mobility challenges.

Upstairs, you will be greeted by our amazing and recently decorated movie room. Among the 8 additional bedrooms, six are spacious suites, ensuring privacy and comfort for all your guests. Each of them has been thoughtfully decorated and designed with comfort in mind, creating a unique and special experience for all of our guests.

The game room is located on the first floor equipped to play basketball, pool, and more. Overlooking the lake with no backyard neighbors you will find the beautiful covered lanai, cleaned pool, grill, corn-hole, sitting area to lounge and an outdoor dining set. It's the perfect place to slow down with a cool drink, finish off the night, or enjoy a good BBQ. Your luxury vacation begins here!

Guest access
The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay! No street parking permitted, please park in driveway to avoid tow and associated fees. This is a no-smoking property. No smoking in and on the property, fee of $550 will be assessed for additional cleaning services.

POOL HEATING: USD $85.00/stay. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. PROPANE GRILL USE: USD $70/stay, includes grill utensils and one propane tank. We suggest ordering these services prior (preferably 48 hours) to your arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING: The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. We aim to please.

ONLINE SHOPPING: Enjoy the convenience of online shopping during your stay only. However, if the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses andthe package will be returned back to the sender. For guaranteed doorstep deliveries, we recommend using Amazon (directly), UPS, and FedEx. We are not responsible for any orders therefore we kindly request timing to be prepared if necessary.
