Katrina has been incredible from start to finish with our booking. We had some issues prior to our stay (because of Vrbo) that Katrina did her best to sort for us as quickly as possible. She helped make the process of booking so easy and stress free. The villa is lovely. Plenty of space for everyone. We visited with our 4 adult children, one of their partners and my dad. There was so much space in the villa for everyone to spend time together but importantly to have a bit of space to have time apart too. The beds were lovely and comfy. Villa was clean, tidy and well cared for. The pool area is lovely for relaxing. The sun is on the pool deck most of the day meaning full days of sunshine! Really nice having the conservation area at the rear as this meant the pool is not overlooked and we really enjoyed seeing all the birds and wildlife too. We had a couple of small issues whilst staying which we alerted Katrina to and they were fixed straight away. Katrina lives close by and was happy to help with anything we needed. Location wise the villa is outstanding 15 mins to Disney, lots of shops and place to eat nearby. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back and booking again!

We stayed at Emerald Island last year, and Katrina was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for better support.The villa itself was excellent—clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. It offered great value for money, and the resort is ideally situated close to the parks as well as shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need during your stay.We’ve visited Florida many times over the years, but I can honestly say I would highly recommend both this resort and Katrina without hesitation.In fact, we’ve already booked again with Katrina for this year—and we fully intend to keep coming back for many more trips in the future!

The location of the house was perfect for our theme park needs and it housed all of the guests. The gated community was a plus and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we were there. It is close to alot of places to eat and close to Disney.

Tons of room for our family of 8! We didn't end up using 2 of the rooms. The pool was another great benefit after a long day at Disney! Very clean and spacious. Realized late there was the game room so didn't have time to use it. We didn't have time to grill either since we only spent 2 nights. My grandson absoluely loved the pool. The only thing that was an issue was the hot tub didn't seem to get hot but could have been we didn't do it right :) Also the fee per car is $20 to get into Emerald Resort for a pass card. I didn't know that at the beginning of the rental. Everything was there that we needed. Only acception was we had to get extra trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap not a big deal as Walmart is near there and we needed it for the rest of the trip. We would definately rent again!

We stayed here 8 days and other than some minor issues (spa in the pool didn't work and the repair man only got it to work again for about 30 minutes) we all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely work with Katrina again for our next trip.

Beautiful neighborhood. The property is very nice with two master Bedroom one downstairs. Great size rooms. Amazing house it needs a little love! The only allow six cars to go through the gate. if you plan on having guest they must* park at a remote location and get shuttled in. Giving 4 star because of how the front office handled everything on the first day there.

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious house with room for family of 14 to spread out! All 7 rooms were large. Owner was responsive...we had a problem with the pool fence and someone was out there the next day to fix it!Only problem was with neighbors who chose to ignore the trash rule and quiet hours. Other than that we had a great time! Great community that was close to stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend this house!
