Positive: The location is great. I loved going on the balcony first thing in the morning with my coffee watching the waves roll in. It was nice and clean. Negative: Using the elevators was a nightmare, not enough of them or either some wasn't working. When you came in from a day in the sun as soon as you opened the balcony door to outside and even though you shut it most of the time the ac would not come back on. One night it was 76 degrees in the apartment needless to say we were NOT happy.

The condo was very nice! Spacious, clean, we definitely enjoyed our stay. My only issues with the condo was that there was no ice in the refrigerator at all. We had to go out and buy our own ice, why not have ice for guests? Also, when you lay in the king sized bed the AC blows directly on your face!! Very uncomfortable!!But the building was the main issue. 1. No way to locate or figure anything out, very few signs. And no one around to ask for help. Parking, elevators, beach access, etc., all confusing. (The host was very helpful!) 2. Parking was terrible, the south parking garage is smaller and fills quickly. So we parked in the north which meant A LOT of walking. And again figuring out how to get from the parking garage to the building without walking down the ramps and almost getting hit by cars was stressful. 3. There was always an extremely long wait for the elevators. It took sometimes 20-30 mins just to get up to our room.Apartment 9/10! Building 5/10

We had a great stay. Hope to be back soon. Positive: Room was very nice and clean. Very spacious. Nice view of the beach. Love having all the yummy food on property! Especially, Juan Tacos and the Pizza place! We also loved the beach pool. Negative: The elevator wait time! Definitely not enough elevators compared to the amount of people the property holds. A lot of walking, but I didn’t mind that.

Host was very responsive and the location was right across the beach and Pineapple Willy's. Was able to see beautiful views from the balcony and hear the ocean waves. There was a weird smell in the kitchen but the place was great.

Would definitely stay again. Positive: Loved the location and the view from the balcony. Negative: Elevators not working properly. Someone had to get rescued from one while we were there.

If you ever wanna get away and it’s quiet and atmosphere, they have the most beautiful design pool lots of room I mean p Positive: It was very nice and very comfortable. It’s the best resort I ever stayed in and I’m 64 years old. It was number one. I just cleaned friendly ❤️Jeff was perfect. Negative: I have no complaints a perfect place to be on vacation. I just wanna relax.

Excellent location with very spacious and clean condos very close to the beach! Positive: Excellent location with easy access to the beach via Pineapple Willy’s. Very spacious condo and fit our family of 4 adults and 1 child easily. Nice big balcony overlooking the Gulf. Pools were great but cold! Great views and very close to Walmart for your grocery runs. Very clean and kitchen was stocked to the max! Would recommend! Negative: Only negative we experienced were the elevators. This is a BIG place so the elevators took a long time to reach your floor and one of them on the south side was not working. We were 13 floors up so not exactly easy to climb those stairs. We found the elevators on the north end by the lobby were faster. Would also not recommend going during peak spring break time.

Estuvimos con mi familia y a simple vista el departamento es hermoso con una vista espectacular. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que 2 televisores no podíamos usarlos porque los controles remotos estaban sulfatados y no pudimos prenderlas. A la noche comenzaron los problemas cuando nos acostamos en los colchones, tenían un colchón fino por encima del colchón original, muy gastado que terminamos con dolor de espalda y cuando quisimos sacarlo el colchón de abajo tenía manchas rojas parecidas a sangre. Con mi hija quise dormir en su cama y amanecimos las dos picadas por bichos, aún no sabemos qué fue pero ese cuarto no lo pudimos usar más. Hubo problemas con un ascensor y largas filas para subir a los departamentos pero luego de 3 días lo arreglaron. Nos comunicamos por todo esto y sólo recibimos pedido de disculpas, no volveré a alquilar este hermoso departamento mal mantenido.

Absolutely loved it, we were down for a baseball tournament. We didn’t stay in room a lot due to tournament. But it was perfect for when we did!
