This beautiful updated townhome in the Gulf Highlands Resort has 2 bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. (Bedroom 1): King bed in primary bedroom with Canal views from this large, light and airy room. (Bedroom 2): Queen bed with en suite bathroom. Washing Machine and Dryer are also available and located next to the bedrooms. There is a spacious living area and pullout sofa in living room that sleeps 2 for entertaining on first level with beautiful views of the canal. Our home is steps away from one of the resort's heated swimming pools. The resort offers eleven pools in total , with one on the beach. The resort provides gated access to the beach next to the Beach club and ocean side pool. Tennis Courts, miniature golf, shuffle board and kid's playground are additional amenities available during your stay.
Area Information
We are a seven minute walk to the beach and our home includes all your beach needs: wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.
We are located minutes away from Walmart and other grocery stores, Pier Park, great restaurants, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St Andrew's Park, additional watersports and excursions to Shell Island.
Our favorite restaurant is Bayou on the Beach which is located steps outside of the resort. order the Red Lobster Shrimp boil!

About the owner: Hello, my Brother, Paul Letostak and I own this property as our second home.
We love Gulf Highlands and Panama City Beach and have been visiting for many years. We are Georgia natives, via New Jersey, HUGE Georgia Bulldog fans and we are happy to own our slice of heaven and love that we are excited to share it with you and your family.
Why this property? We have several friends who have purchased in Gulf Highlands. We love the proximity to the beach, our lovely view of the canal and the tightknit community of our neighborhood. The eleven pools with the one closest to our home is heated in the winter, as well as the pool on the beach with our Beach House restaurant that just was renovated and re-opened by the Cajun Chicks makes this our little paradise in Florida.
