A generous balcony with an expansive view of the blue harbor out to the Atlantic Ocean for relaxing and dining alfresco while the interior, open floor plan lends to ease of relaxation and conversation. The livingroom features a plush, leather sectional sofa (with queen sleeper) and the dining table comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Charming local art throughout; showplace cabinetry and other wood elements while the calming, cool wall tones and brightly colored art captures the flavor of the sea with memorable style. 

The marina-front master bedroom features a king-size bed with lux ensuite including a glassed shower, large spa tub and his-n-hers sinks.  The second master suite also features a king-size bed and full ensuite bath.  Both bedrooms are spacious and have large, flatscreen TV's. 

A small den which sits off the kitchen has been converted to sleep two additional guests on the trundle bed with highend mattresses so, although a small space, it offers comfortable sleeping.   

NOTE: 3-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.
