We are surrounded, on 3 sides, by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with the best coral reefs in the United States. Just outside of our gated community is Dolphin Plus, where you may sam with dolphins. A block past Dolphin Plus are the Key Largo Fisheries & the Pilot House Restaurant. A half mile further is the intersection oF U.S. 1 and a shopping area that includes CVS, Walgreens, 9 restaurants, 3 banks, multiple dive shops, Jacobs Aquatic Park and many other stores. Being that we are over a mile from the main road, we are very quiet here. There are Dive, Snorkel, Glass Bottom & Rental boats available within a mile of us. 2 miles from us is Tradewinds Plaza with K-Mart, Publix and 25 more stores and restaurants. There are over 50 restaurants within 5 miles of us

Norman is a really great guy. The property was spotless and modern and had every conceivable amenity including a large inventory of sporting equipment. The price, for what we got, was bottom dollar and Norman was an absolute delight, gone far out of his way to give us a complete tour, and was available every day of we needed the slightest thing. I can't wait to see him again. Returning. *100% would recommend.

The property had everything plus that a vacationer would need or want for a visit of a lifetime to the Keys An added bonus is the lagoon that is protected from harmful sea creatures so anyone can swim or raft with the tropical fishes that live there. And if you’re wanting that sunset, that is there too. Close by, off property, there are a multitude of delicious restaurants. This property is the ONE!

My daughter college grad and roommate had a 6 month lease in. Beautiful lagoon townhouse. If anything wasn’t just right or needed fixing he got right to it. Some of the pics haven’t been updated because her unit was super great. They used the Kayaks and the surrounding facilities. He was a great property manager. He manages quite a few there.

We booked on short notice and Norman couldn’t have been more accommodating. The unit was just as described and clean. We enjoyed a great week of boating, diving and hanging out on the sand bar. we rented the condo for our family for a week. It was a perfect vacation, the Condo had everything we needed for our family of 6. The pools and the jetty were our favorite places to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. the location in Key Largo is perfect, wonderful restaurants, shopping and drugstores were withing minutes. the owner, Norman, met us at arrival, answered any questions and showed us the grounds and amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious, with two nice bedrooms on the top floor, and the middle floor consisting of a reasonable kitchen open to a nice living room. The living room was a little lacking in comfortable seating for a larger group, and the bottom floor bedroom is tiny. Nothing super fancy here, but everything was clean and in good working order. The complex is really nice, with multiple swimming pools, a small lagoon and access to the ocean as well. There are kayaks and snorkel gear to borrow, and cool areas to explore nearby. Would definitely come back, but maybe not over memorial day weekend!
