Room 2: twin bunk beds with desk and tv.
Room 3: Full bed (with storage frame) with two nightstands
Room 4: Another Master bedroom with queen bed, night stands, two dressers and TV.
Room also has large bathroom with two vanities, shower, bathtub and walk-in closet. It also has a powder room/office/computer room. Very spacious bedroom.

Living room has two sofa beds for additional guests(sleeps 3 more)
Family room has reclining sectional and 50’ TV
All linens and dinnerware included!
Kitchen has full size refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. It has a wall oven/microwave combination.
Small appliances included such as coffee maker, portable ice maker, rice cooker, foreman sandwich press, and air fryer.
It has an outdoor area with patio set to enjoy the outdoors.
This property is 5 minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. You can launch your boat in their marina. Visitors can scuba dive, snorkel , canoe or kayak. Visitors can also enjoy walking on their trails, picnicking, or swimming at the beach.
5 minutes to Rowell's Waterfront Park- This 8-acre park includes picnic tables & benches, plus a swimming area & boat launch. Perfect to watch the sunset.
20 minute drive to Islamorada where you can feed the tarpon at Robbie’s.
30 minute drive to Miami (shopping and restaurants)
We keep our personal boat on the side of this property.

DEPOSIT: Require a 50% reservation deposit, then the balance to be paid 14 days before arrival.
CLEANING FEE: $200
TAXES: 7% for Monroe County. There is an additional 5% tourist development tax required by Monroe county in rentals less than 6 months.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: The $200 damage deposit is not included in the rental fee and will be returned within 7 days after the renter vacates the property and an inspection of the property is made and the property has no damages. We reserve the right to keep your deposit if damages have been incurred to the property.
CANCELLATIONS: Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. Travelers who cancel at between 7-14 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they have paid.

Why this property? This is a remodeled, spacious mobile home in a quiet neighborhood near marinas, parks, and many restaurants and entertainment. It can sleep up to 8 people comfortably and includes all the bed linens, towels and kit hen cutlery and appliances. It has free parking for about 3 cars or a boat and a car on front of property.

We stayed in this home for a month and we had a wonderful time. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is remodeled and it has 2 family rooms. It had space for my boat and parking for 3 cars. It is close to many restaurants and parks, marinas, and supermarkets. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we had everything we needed at the home. All linens and houseware were available at the home. We had TVs in every room and loved our stay here. Definitely will return again!
