This unit offers a large master with a walk in closet, with a screened patio off the bedroom. The spare has a king bed that can be easily separated into two twin beds to accommodate different guest needs. There is a beautifully remodeled common bath with an enormous hall closet fully stocked with all linens necessary!
The spacious screened in patios (upstairs and down) provide an outdoor living/eating area equipped with ceiling fans and the exterior landscape provides a feeling of being at a tropical resort!

Why this property? My husband and I purchased this home in 2019. We fell in love with the Keys sunsets and wanted to be able to experience those every day of our lives. But his jobs had other plans for us and moved us across the country. We traded the sandy beach for snow :/ Our goal for this property is to allow many other families to find the peace, serenity and relaxation that we did

My family and I love staying at this condo. It’s very cozy and tastefully decorated with ocean themed decor. Its nicely updated and has a spectacular ocean view. Our days are packed with activities that are on-site such as Playing tennis, enjoying the swimming pool, fishing and most of all, enjoying the views of the ocean and watching the sunsets. This place has definitely exceeded my expectations.Can’t wait to be back.

Condo is located central to many of the Keys top tourists attractions. We were able to walk next door to the Marriott and enjoy dinner at their ocean side restaurant ( which also has entertainment nightly & a spa) Condo comes fully equipped with all the kitchen necessities and owner left the fridge with some cold water & snacks upon our arrival. After a long day of travel, that was a pleasant surprise!

There’s no better spot in the keys than this sugar shore location. A place to relax, while enjoying a glass of wine while watching a beautiful sunset right from the comfort of the balcony. Prime spot and we will definitely be back!

This condo is stunning- as soon as you walk in the front door you have the most beautiful view of the bay. Not only do you get this view downstairs, but upstairs in the master bedroom. The condo itself is beautifully and newly updated that gives the perfect relaxing yet sophisticated feel. There was plenty of room for our family and some friends who joined us with the downstairs having a pullout couch. The porches were the perfect place to have our morning coffee or a sunset drink. The location of the building is amazing. The beach is just steps away with water that is kid friendly. We loved watching the sunsets then enjoying the firepit on the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and grill area which are both super clean and convenient. The complex is secure and safe with easy access to so many amazing restaurants and attractions. The host responded to all questions and was very friendly. Not to mention the condo was stocked with everything we needed!. We will definitely be back!
