About the owner: We purchased this property as our vacation home. We had a business in Miami and used it for Summers and weekend get away.
Currently retired and live in the downstairs part of the property while in Florida. We constantly travel to Georgia where we also have a property and we are currently developing a hotel in Costa Rica.
We enjoy the Keys tremendously, we like to go fishing when we are here and enjoy the lay-back, peaceful lifestyle of the Keys. Nothing like it in the world!
Why this property? It is conveniently close to Miami without the hustle and bustle of the big city, we wanted peace and tranquility on our vacations and found it in this property.

Beautiful updated and very clean property inside and out. This house has a beautiful waterfront backyard and is within walking distance to several restaurants, local pool, tennis courts, pickle ball etc. Plenty of local shopping and activities. Included use of backyard, Barbecue, fire pit, and waterfront. We were able to catch several species of fish right in the backyard. Can’t say enough about the owners of the property. We booked our return for next year before we checked out. 5 stars is an understatement!
