About the owner: As a Real Estate investor I bought this property as a vacation Home, this property was bought in 2014 and everything on the Home is top the line since it was never bought to rent, including high end appliances, tempurpedic mattress, memory gel foam top on mattresses etc. professionally decorated, we decided to rent it this year since we noticed that the House is not been used on the winter, We are from Miami and we want the water to be at least 90 degree in order to get in.

Why this property? You can call this property Home not a rental property, it's in the perfect spot, only 20 miles away from the main land and 55 miles away from Miami International Airport, one hour drive from the airport, very close to good restaurants, bars, parks, supermarkets like Publix and Winn Dixie. Great neighborhood.
