Located along a fantastic stretch of beach extending to the gulf front, quiet Destin Harbor canals, and the edge of the Destin Pass and Destin Harbor, this second-floor condo offers breathtaking views. You will enjoy incredible Gulf views overlooking the west, the beachfront, and the famous Destin Pass from a private second-floor balcony. Upon entering this upscale condominium, you will be delighted by the elegant furnishings and beautiful upgrades throughout, including the granite counters, beautifully-done tile flooring, crown molding, and flatscreen TVs. The kitchen is spacious and has gorgeous cabinetry and full-size appliances. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet in the bunk/sitting room, where there is a twin sleeper sofa. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, club chairs, a double lounge chair, and plenty of space to relax in style. There is a dining table for six, and you will also find a patio table with four chairs and a separate wet bar area on the balcony.
