NOTE: We accept only full week booking during Holidays, local events, and Spring & Summer months (Saturday to Saturday Check-In and Check-Out.) Only listed Guests permitted to occupy are those stated in the reservation; this includes any Guests "stopping by" or visiting. This house is very roomy with plenty of room for our whole family of (11) to stay! House is very nice and well taken care of. Craig the host was awesome to deal with also very helpful with good restaurants and anything else you might need during your stay! Highly recommend!

Craig is an excellent host!!! He cares about you and makes sure you have all you need!! The home was clean and beautiful and 3 blocks from the beach with a brand new 6 person golf cart!!! You just won’t get any better in Destin!! We will definitely go back

Great stay
Craig was an exceptional host. He was efficient and everything was done in a timely manner throughout the whole process. The house not only was in a great location, (2 blocks from the beach) but it was also in pristine condition and really nice. He was welcoming, and he didn’t bother anyone while we were there.

Great vacation at Sea Palms Villa
We stayed for almost a week at Sea Palms Villa. we had an wonderful time. The home is set up great for a beach vacation. Not far from beach access, lots of space, great set up for a large family group to get together and hang out together and spread out too. It's close to stores and shopping as well as entertainment if you somehow get tired of going to the beaches on the Emerald Coast. We had a wonderful time and Craig was great to work with! Hopefully we'll be able to go back again in the future!

The house was great! It was very spacious with the number of rooms/beds and bathrooms we were looking for. It was well equipped, and in a good location close to the beach. Having a private pool was amazing! Craig was very attentive and offered us the opportunity to extend our stay for a good price due to a late arrival from the next guest. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
