Condo 402 is located on the 4th floor at Shores of Panama. 402 has a dedicated parking spot on the same floor, and just around the corner from your condo! Our beautiful condo 402 has 1 master bedroom, plus a private bunkroom (bedroom) and 2 full baths. The bunkroom has a bunkbed that sleeps 2 with it's own full bath! The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2. This gorgeous sunrise and sunset Condo Sleeps 6 comfortably! The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped to make a wonderful meal here at the beach! Condo 402 has a big "end-cap" balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with the most amazing sunset views!
The kitchen features granite countertops and lots of storage space. It has a nicely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig/coffee pot, crock pot, and much more for any cooking you may want to do while you are here. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.

Condo 402 at Shores of Panama is fantastically situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, within easy walking distance of some of the area's best dining, exciting attractions for all ages and numerous gift stores.

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 6 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 minutes to St. Andrew's state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We are in walking distance of so many restaurants and things to do that you really don't need a car to get around. If you do want to venture out and enjoy our town, Uber is available for your convenience.

We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery.  We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day.  You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort.  You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's Restaurant.  Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.
