Waterscape Unit C305 - Upscale gorgeous condo with 10ft ceilings, crown molding with platinum grade furnishings with an unique decor throughout. Flat screen TV/DVD electronics, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances. Two master suites plus bunk room with two baths on the 3th floor. Large spacious unit.

Master suite 1, hosts a king size bed, full private bath with double vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. Flat Screen TV and private door to the balcony.

Master suite 2, hosts a king size bed, full jack and jill bath with vanity, and tiled shower.

Bunk area with two twin beds.

Sofa is not a sleeper, you can bring a blowup mattress to have a max of 8 people sleep in the condo.

Living area hosts a sofa with Flat screen tv/dvd player and large sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony with a wide-open view of the courtyard and gulf views in the distance. Located on the quiet side of the building.

Fully stocked top-notch kitchen with everything you could need to cook a full meal. Dining table that sits six people. Large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

Beach Service included (March 1-October 31, 2022) Two beach chairs and 1 umbrella already set up for you at the beach each day.

Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a puzzle, board games, and Netflix. Beach towels are provided as well. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
