750 sq. ft. The Sea Shell condo is located in the cozy 19 unit Sunset Cottages complex on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is “Gulf Side”, just over 200 steps from the sand, so no roads to cross and you can be relaxing on the beach in minutes!
The Sea Shell has a 2nd floor partial gulf view from the dining room window and great room balcony. Inside there is a spacious 750 sq.ft. for you to lounge and relax which includes; large great room, large bedroom and bath, condo complex built in 2000. The décor reminds you of the soft relaxing colors of the sand and sea, and of course Sea Shells.
The large great room includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table that seats up to 6 people, and living area. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, 50'' Wall Mounted SMART TV with full cable with COX Contour Voice Remote System w/ DVR and On Demand TV Shows and Movies, dvd/vcr player, and over one hundred movies for all ages to watch. Wi-Fi is Cox's fastest speed Panoramic, excellent if you want to stream content or need to work remotely. The great room has two large windows and french doors opening onto a second balcony with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The large bedroom has its own private additional entrance to the bathroom, its own private balcony, a king-size bed with a new amazing comfortable plush/pillow-top mattress, 32" HDTV, DVD player and Cox Contour Voice Remote System w/ DVR and On Demand. There is a spacious hallway with built-in twin bunk beds with sliding curtains for more privacy for the anyone sleeping in the bunk area.
The condo has a Maximum Occupancy of 6 people, with a Maximum of 4 Adults (18 years old and above).
The unit is also equipped with washer, dryer, blow dryer, ironing board, and iron. Many other basic supplies are provided for your comfort and convenience.
The Sunset Cottages complex has a private seasonally heated pool, pool area restrooms, outside shower, and a large deck area with two built-in grills for chillin and grillin.

The beach is the best attraction, just over 200 steps from the condo door, and no roads to cross. Most other attractions are over a couple miles away. I do suggest you have a car or use Uber to get around. There is also public transportation during the year.

I love pets, however they are not allowed in the Sea Shell condo.
Up to 6 guests can stay at the Sea Shell. However only 4 of the 6 may be adults (18 years of age and over) and there is an additional charge of $10/per night per guest when there are more than 4 guests.

My wife and I stayed at the Sea Shell over my spring break. Our first true vacation together without children since they have all graduated from high school. We missed not having them with us, but we adapted quickly, and we had a blast! We've stayed at Fort Walton Beach before, but the Sea Shell was just perfect. All the amenities needed were there....kitchen, cookware, etc. The bed and bath were great! Everything just as Lisa had advertised. We were very happy with this cottage and this is now our go-to place to stay when we return to Florida. So glad we stumbled on the Sea Shell when looking for places to stay. A quiet area, close walk to the beach, short drive to good food and shopping. We highly recommend Sea Shell at Sunset Cottages!Phil & Kim

My husband and I were here for 3 weeks. This is the cleanest vacation condo we have used. Everything is well organized. I haven’t met Lisa but after multiple communications she seems like a friend. We were kept well informed prior to and during our trip. Lisa followed through on every detail. The close proximity to the beach and the beach service were appreciated. Luxurious towels and the most comfortable bed! This area is residential so no late night parties. We were there during spring break but beach just a nice and peaceful crowd. You will love your stay here !!

Let me just start out by saying that Lisa is the absolute best! I reached out to her inquiring about her rental and she was so quick to get back to me and help me figure everything out and get booked in less than 24 hours of emailing her. Her place is the absolute cutest! I know I was there for the beach but the way she has it decorated and so CLEAN and tidy it made the stay soooo much better! Very easy to get to the beach just a quick walk over the pier and she even includes chair rentals in her rental. LIFE SAVING! She also makes checkout super easy so you know exactly what to do and to expect. I will definitely be booking the Sea Shell again! Thanks so much Lisa, we had a blast! :)
