We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Our properties include plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. We provide towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Parking: Two parking passes issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers allowed in the parking lot during the rental season (spring and summer). Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
