Our ground floor corner unit allows for parking just steps from the front door – no stair/elevator hassles! Just 3 steps to the entrance of our condo from the parking lot - handicap parking is available at the Resort. Emerald Towers West is a family friendly, well-kept complex with only 44 units that is perfectly located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles from Destin. The best of both worlds with our location! A safe and family friendly venue!
Once you step inside you will immediately see the unobstructed view of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of the ocean. Our unit is 6 feet above the sand dune and 20 feet from it - a design unique to our building, which places you above the sand dune to maximize view while remaining on parking level! On the balcony you will be able to see miles of beach in either direction. The living room features 2 walls of windows allowing you to be able to see the beach from any where in the living / dining / kitchen. Truly a remarkable location that is just a couple of yards to the beach walkover- which can be seen from the balcony as well, or head to the pool and barbecue area which is located right outside the front door!
Our 2 bed 2 bath unit features a Master Suite that has a great ocean view with 3 large windows facing the gulf as well as private access to balcony. Imagine waking up in the comfort of a king size bed to a beautiful beach view where you can hear the surf! ALL linens are of hotel quality and are clean and sanitized every rental for your protection.
The open floor plan of the kitchen allows you to see the surf as you prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen complete with new quartz countertop and a pantry. Not wanting to cook – no problem! We have excellent restaurants just minutes away, as well as great shopping, entertainment and unmatched fishing! Check out the Okaloosa Pier near the Gulfarium only 2 miles away.
With your rental there is included beach service – 2 beach chairs and umbrella (while in season Mar-Oct). Large flat screen TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. WiFi is available and passwords will be given upon arrival. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer located in the unit.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the other months. Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract, deposit and copy of driver’s license. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Failure to comply will result in loss of your deposit plus damages if any.

Our condo was great! So beautiful and clean! I had a small accident and broke my ankle and spent the last few days in bed. However I could lay in bed and watch my kiddos in the ocean and playing on the beach. They would hold up every shell and crab for me to see! We couldn’t have picked a better place for our rental ️ I’m already looking at dates for next summer! It was perfect

My husband and I just spent a week in this beautiful condo. Its location is perfect. Even though it’s a first-floor unit, you have spectacular views from both the living/kitchen area and the master bedroom. The balcony hosts taller chairs which makes the view even better. You can park at the front door, which makes unpacking and packing more convenient.The master bedroom bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with its own bathroom and a sofa that makes a bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and is near the hall bathroom so that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer for laundering convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes enough for more than the nine people that the unit will accommodate. There is a playpen if you have a baby. Lots of towels, etc. No carpet.The aesthetics were perfect for us. Love the beachy colors and the style. Everything was updated and in perfect condition. Two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach were also included. Although I took my own coffee, the coffee in the unit was even the brand I use at home. Lol. We will definitely rent again.

It was an amazing week. The condo was pristine and recently renovated..... it was lovely. The view from the balcony was also amazing! The pool was heated at 85 degrees. Thus was perfect. The apartment was 2 miles from the aquarium and many restaurants.My only regret was the thin walls that separated apartments. The tenants above were busy into the morning hours. If I had been able to sleep well I would have given it 5/5. Otherwise a tremendous apartment! Thank you so much.

I just stayed in this beautiful, newly renovated condo with my husband and three kids in August 2020. We loved that it was just a few steps from the beach and on the first floor (no elevators) which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the condo throughout the day especially with our young kids. The parking was super close to the condo so we were just steps away from the door when unloading our luggage. The owners were super easy to work with and their recent updates to the unit were beautiful! Already booked to return next year!
