The Space
This beautifully designed condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with an open layout, large living areas, and plenty of room to gather.
The expansive living room features comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Large windows showcase gorgeous views of Choctawhatchee Bay, filling the space with natural light.
The private balcony, one of the largest in the resort, is ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing while enjoying the peaceful water views.

Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 10 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Parking: Park up to 2 vehicles
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass in or near the pool.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
