399 Linkside Dr. is a private cottage nestled among the trees and winding roads of the resort with a view of the golf course. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool located across from the Linkside entrance. There is a 6-seater golf cart available for rent with this unit. Take your cart down the winding roads and enter the underground tunnel that takes you safely under HWY 98 to access the beach. Pull right up to the front door and start your stay!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a separate dining area. A screen porch off the dining area. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 42" flat screen TV/DVD player, and access to the back patio with a grill. A master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, a 32" flat screen TV, private bathroom, and glass slider doors that lead to the patio. A second bedroom with two twin size beds and a flat screen TV. A third bedroom with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

No boats or trailer parking of any kind allowed inside the resort.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
