The second Gulf-view bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two additional bedrooms both with King beds and share the third full bathroom.
Bella Riva 308 includes a dedicated, covered parking space and additional parking in the common parking lot located inside the gates of the resort complex. Bella Riva offers a backyard paradise with nearly 500 feet of private beach as well as a dune walk over, fitness center on the 3rd floor convenient to 308, a beachside pool and hot tub. About Okaloosa Island -
You will find many activities including shopping and dining right here on the island. Okaloosa Island is home to Stewby's Seafood Shanty, the Boardwalk, featuring the Crab Trap, and Angler’s seafood grills. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is also a favorite for kids and adults. Visit the Gulfarium, an original area attraction featuring a live dolphin show and an opportunity to swim with the dolphins or visit Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, a great family entertainment center offering mini golf, ropes course, arcade, 4D theater, laser tag, bumper boats, go karts, and more!
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. No pets allowed.
No trailers, boats, or wave runners, RVs, buses, or motor homes are permitted to be parked anywhere on condominium property, including the parking garage.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
