Guests can use the entire condo and the balcony. The common areas of the pool, parking lot, laundry room and grilling area are also available to all guests and residents of the complex to use.

Area Information

Okaloosa Island is a beach front resort neighborhood of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is pedestrian and bicycle friendly, with sidewalks along the full length of Santa Rosa Boulevard. In addition to the beach access available through condominium resort complexes, there are seven public beach access points with free parking and restroom areas. The newly renovated Okaloosa Island Boat Basin park on the Sound-side offers a kayak launch, a fixed dock for finishing as well as a floating dock. A number of restaurants, the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk and Pier and Marler Park are just some of the attractions worth exploring in the area. Downtown Fort Walton Beach is located just a couple of miles away over the Brooks Bridge. Destin Harbor and Destin Harborwalk Village are not far either, about 7 miles east from Okaloosa Island. A 30 minute drive west is Navarre with its impressive Pier and Navarre Beach.
