We fell in love with the big beachfront views as soon as we saw them. Totally remodeled with open floor plan maximizing the beach views and relaxing furnishings. Nancy insisted on a five star open dream kitchen with beach views. Round dining area table next to kitchen plus a dining table seating six on the lanai / balcony. Private balcony -- no one can see into your balcony. Six large sliding balcony windows push back out of the way for perfect views, loud sounds of the waves, and ability to see dolphins, manatees and schools of fish swim by.

Siesta Key is the ideal beach location and our stretch of Crescent Beach (also called Siesta Key Beach) is beautiful, private, and not crowded. Please ask the owner to email you a map.

February 1 to April 30, 2026 has a two (2) week minimum stay.
Your total cost is the weekly rate plus a $125.00 processing fee; plus a $180 cleaning fee per reservation; plus a 13% Florida occupancy tax on the rent, the processing fee, and the cleaning fee. If you have questions, please inquiry send an inquiry to the owner. the Horizons West complex is a residential complex with a limited number of rental units managed by an onsite full time complex managers.
The onsite rental office staff members are the only people who can confirm availability, rates, and reservations at Horizons West.
We do require a reservation deposit of $500.00 or 25% of total booking to confirm your reservation with the total booking remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
A 90 day notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. If less than 90 day notice, all monies paid are non-refundable.
We do honor Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
A 10% discount for an 8 weeks stay, 12% for a 12 weeks stay between December 15 to July 31 when the stay is continuous occupancy in the same unit.
A 10% discount for a 4 week stay is offered between August 15 to December 14 of each year.
Anyone under 25 years of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian or occupancy will not be permitted unless prior arrangements with the staff and owner.

We had a wonderful time at Charley and Nancy's condo. His condo is beautiful and very well maintained. They have recently purchased all new living room furniture, it was very pretty as well as comfortable. The beach there is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and he has a spectacular view right from his lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped although we did not use it, there are too many wonderful restaurants close by.If you have the opportunity to visit Charley and Nancy's place, jump at the chance. You won't regret it! We hope to return again soon.Darlene

Yes, Horizons West Unit 404 has a full spectacular water and beachfront view. This is exactly the million dollar view you want and will have.
Yes, you will have your own clothes washer and dryer. I provide laundry detergent in the closet across next to the washer and dryer. The complex does not provide beach towels but I do. Please wash and dry the beach towels as you leave for the rental guests following you.
Yes. A 75 inch TV in living area. A 56 inch TV in the master bedroom. A 32 inch TV in front bedroom. a 65 inch TV on the lanai or balcony. We also provide Blue Ray players and Comcast cable TV service with sports channels.
