EmmaMelissa was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we did have a disruption in our stay with a locksmith coming out to the house on our first day and requiring help from some members of our party. Melissa did come out with them, but we had gotten in very late the night before and were trying to get a slow start to our first morning. We didn’t know about this until the day of our arrival. I get that things happen and come up with homeownership, but it was disruptive to our vacation. The house was quite clean overall — we did find some stray hairs in the master bedding and stains on the master bathroom towels, but I understand that this happens. One small suggestion would be to have some additional outdoor seating and/or more comfortable pool chairs. The plastic loungers were quite uncomfortable! Otherwise, the pool was amazing and location was great — short walk to the beach! Thanks for a great week overall, Melissa!

VinnyThe house was wonderful lots of space for the whole family. Nice appliances. 2 refrigerator was helpful. Finally Melissa’s was so helpful and flexible. She is the kind of person that you just hope to get as a host. Very responsive and just first class treatment. We loved being there and will definitely choose her place next time we are in Sarasota.
