DONNA D.only steps away from the beach was great but what added to the vacation experience was getting up in the morning and taking a swim in the pool five steps way from our backdoor. The "rest up" time from the ocean, tourist shops and attractions was spent relaxing at "our" pool. Wonderful. Communication was excellent. Melissa was on top of everything we asked - and we asked a lot of questions! Our stay was a very good experience and my family wholeheartedly agrees. the 5 star rating is merited. Melissa, thank you for being such a gracious hostess. we will recommend to our traveling friends and family. and thank you for providing for our furry family member.

AglayMelissa was a wonderful host, and we had a great stay in Siesta Key! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for multiple families. Having two separate floors, each with bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and bathrooms, with both having access to the pool, was very convenient.The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe for walking. The location was also excellent, very close to the beach and within walking distance.The only issue we had was that all the bicycles had flat tires when we arrived. We contacted Melissa, and she was very responsive and sent someone the next day to fix them. Unfortunately, since we were only there for three days, we didn't get much time to enjoy the bikes.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property 100%! We would love to stay here again.

JoshWe had such a great say on Siesta Key. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a nice feature we could come back to after being at the beach. Our host was responsive and helpful with anything we needed or if there was a problem. It was a very short walk to beach which made it ideal to go back and forth throughout the day.

EmmaMelissa was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we did have a disruption in our stay with a locksmith coming out to the house on our first day and requiring help from some members of our party. Melissa did come out with them, but we had gotten in very late the night before and were trying to get a slow start to our first morning. We didn’t know about this until the day of our arrival. I get that things happen and come up with homeownership, but it was disruptive to our vacation. The house was quite clean overall — we did find some stray hairs in the master bedding and stains on the master bathroom towels, but I understand that this happens. One small suggestion would be to have some additional outdoor seating and/or more comfortable pool chairs. The plastic loungers were quite uncomfortable! Otherwise, the pool was amazing and location was great — short walk to the beach! Thanks for a great week overall, Melissa!

VinnyThe house was wonderful lots of space for the whole family. Nice appliances. 2 refrigerator was helpful. Finally Melissa’s was so helpful and flexible. She is the kind of person that you just hope to get as a host. Very responsive and just first class treatment. We loved being there and will definitely choose her place next time we are in Sarasota.
