One of the most convenient units in Valencia - walking distance to The Commons (South Beach) and Marker 36 Tram Stations (North Beach), or you can walk right out to the Beach. , This first floor end unit with bright Southwest exposure, offering a water view and location adjacent to the rear entry of the pool is as close to perfect as you can get. 3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths - a King in the Master, 2 Twins in the Second, a Daybed in the 3rd. Newer Carpet, tile throughout, and granite countertops with newer stainless appliances. The condo has been recently repainted and updated with some new accent pieces visible in more recent pictures. A carport steps from the door and private entry tops it all off.
Occupancy for the primary months of January through March is a 90 day minimum stay with first right of refusal offered to the existing tenant for the prior year. I am also limited to three rentals each calendar year. In the past I have had a number of tenants for greater than six months to avoid the short term transient rental taxes - Mid December to June. Please don't hesitate to ask about special discounted pricing for this reservation.
Valencia's central location in Pelican Bay is perfect - at the Corner of Gulf Park and Pelican Bay Boulevard - right between the Commons and Sandpiper Tram Stations to (North Marker 36) or South Beach. This is also an end unit with Southwestern exposure with covered parking immediately adjacent to your first floor private entrance. Walk out the Lanai exit and you are right next to the rear entrance of the pool. Its a great place, you can walk or ride to the beach and avoid the hassles of a highrise.
