This unit has full-view sliders to the lanai and breathtaking views from the master. The bathrooms were updated in July, 2020 and there are new kitchen appliances. There are two tables inside to work from, one on the lanai, and the coffee table lifts to create a work table. There is also a wireless printer. New living room couch and chairs and lanai furniture!
The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed. One guest bedroom has king bed while the other guest bedroom offers two twin XL size beds that can be made into a king bed. This well-equipped and family-friendly unit offers four smart TV's, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet access, washer/dryer, and an electric grill.
The building amenities include a beach side heated swimming pool with sun deck and a tennis court located across the street. Fully stocked unit with extra linens, baby items (high chair, pack-n-play, cups, plates, silverware, monitor, sound machine, safety items), games, puzzles, books, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys.
You will be able to access the whole condo and all the building amenities.
We have one reserved parking place and guest parking across the street.
The owner lives in Illinois, but is always available through text or calls for any problems or questions.

About the owner: My husband David and I are from a Chicago, IL suburb and we are parents to 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren (so far). We didn't travel much when our kids were young, but we started to travel a bit after our youngest went off to college. We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a several years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. My husband is nearing retirement and we hope to spend even more time in Florida, so we decided to start looking for our own piece of paradise!
Why this property? We looked for a condo on the beach that would suit our needs, but would also make a good rental property. We finally found this gem in April 2019!!! We remodeled the unit to update the decor and to make it more comfortable and better able to suit the needs of different rental groups. We love the SW lanai views. We can see a beautiful sunset every night and walk on the beach every day!

AnonymousMy family stayed in Ruth’s home for 2 weeks over Christmas. It was lovely and a great place to stay. We loved being so close to the beach. We played pickleball across the street. We were able to make healthy dinners easily made with a well stocked kitchen full of pots and pans. We are hoping to stay again sometime.

The pictures are just as it is. Excellent decor and comfortable seating and bedding. The kitchen has just about everything you need. Spotlessly clean and plenty of towels, pool towels and beach equipment, Walking the beach was the best, quiet and about half a mile or so away the La Playa hotel, we walked and stopped for coffee and pastries at the hotel.Sunday brunch was a treat with nice live music. Shopping close by and an easy drive of about 20 minutes to Naples 5th avenue downtown where you will find excellent shopping and five star restaurants, be sure to make reservations. Minor work still being completed but did not interfere at all in our stay. Quiet heated pool and gardens very well maintained. I will be back.

ChanaWe spent a month in Ruth's gulf facing apartment. The views are everything. Magnificent sunsets over the gulf. Beautiful sunrises over the bay. I spent most of my time out on the lanai. The space is wonderful. There is a great big living room, a comfortable dining room right off the kitchen. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. Quality bedding. An abundance of towels. The kitchen is very well stocked. The major appliances are all new and in perfect working order. Ruth was very accessible for any questions or concerns we had. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures.A little heads up: the condo entry has lower ceilings - that's just the entryway. The living room and other spaces have significantly higher ceilings.Some small issues arose for us that had nothing to do with Ruth - and she was always attentive, responsive and available.I hope we can come back next summer. This was an incredibly healing environment for my family and nervous system

While the ground level of the building is still under construction for hurricane repairs, Ruth was great at communicating the updates to us in advance. She is super nice and was responsive to any questions we had. Although we have historically stayed on Bonita Beach for the previous 18 years we will definitely consider coming back to Sunset Daydream in Naples. Our family had a great, relaxing beach vacation! The location is amazing - close to so many restaurants. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Automated recliners, multiple places to enjoy a meal or work remotely, and state of the art appliances. We're hoping to be back next summer!

AprilRuth’s condo was wonderful! It is in a perfect location right on Vanderbilt beach. The condo is spotless and extremely comfortable. It was spacious and had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and more). The lanai is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or beachfront dinner with a view. Ruth was also a great host and always very responsive. We had a fabulous time and hope to return soon.
