Just steps to the resort style pool! Welcome to our little piece of Paradise in Naples. This unit is located in a gated community that features every amenity to make your stay memorable, including a large sun/shade heated resort style swimming pool, hot tub, racquetball court, full gym, barbeque grill, tennis court and children’s play area. This 20 acre community is close to great shopping and dining, the Downtown Area, 3rd Street ,Old Naples., and upscale shopping. Our community name is The Reserve at Naples
We are a Canadian couple that came to visit Naples and loved it here!! We can't wait to we retire here . We are glad people renting from us can enjoy Naples and our home as much as we do.
Complex is quiet and fully developed. Pool is large and heated. Clubhouse includes a gym facility. Close to all Naples has to offer. Our unit is located right down the steps from the pool and hot tub.

Other amenities include a quarter-mile walking trail, a fenced outdoor playground on sand, a lit tennis court, an indoor racquetball court, and a fitness centre filled with cardio equipment and weights. Club house has a beautiful seating area with library and WIFI.

The Reserve at Naples is a magnificent retreat with more than 20 acres of lakes and fountains. A nature preserve adds to both the beauty and tranquility of your lifestyle.

As soon as you enter through The Reserve at Naples iron gates, and drive towards the community with its lined towering palm trees, you know that you have arrived home.
Must complete a resort application form with the Reserve at Naples. Tenants agree to abide by all HOA rules and regulations. Background check required.
