Guestbook comments from the owner:
This was our fifth time staying in this unit. We again, were not disappointed. The view from the balcony is awesome and we could watch the dolphins from there. In the morning you get breath taking sunrises which you will not forget. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a most comfortable stay..We highly recommend this unit. Mary from Ohio

John the owner of this property is very attentive and easy to work with. The unit is spacand comfortable. We have stayed twice and can’t wait to return. We love having shopping and dining close by. The short walk to the beach is not a problem. The view of the inter coastal is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. Great place to make family memories!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is spacious, clean and a beautiful view of the ocean even though across the street! The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and overly accommodating. The price was very affordable. We attended a Rays game and traveled to and from without any problems. It is right down the street from John's Pass and a short walk to grocery and other restaurants.
We want to Thank you for our stay @! Our room was, clean, big, and had a beautiful view of the Gulf!!!! I recommend this place for anyone ! I'm am sure to come back to this place again with my family and tell my friends about it. Thank you again for making our family getaway affordable and wonderful
Great location with awesome views!
This Treasure Island condo was just that. A treasure! It was clean and modern with everything we needed. The view of the pool and the bay was a great bonus but the sun rises were amazing! We were close to everything and walked most places. To top it off Publix was right next door! We will definitely return to this gem!

This condo was beautiful and the location is perfect. Next door to the grocery store and walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Just across the street from the beach. The only negative thing about this place is the pool is not heated. There were a lot of days that swimming was not an option. If it had a heated pool I would gladly stay at this location every year.

Unfortunately, roof repairs required removing the solar panels that heat the pool, but everything is now repaired and it won't be an issue going forward. I apologize for the inconvenience beyond my control. Thanks, John
