Two bedroom two bath treasure at Isle of Palms, at Heron's Landing

A beautiful second floor unit with fantastic views from the kitchen, dining room, screened balcony and living room of the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy morning coffee, lunch or evening drinks watching dolphins and from time to time manatees playing or lounging in the intercoastal waterway.

The water views are fantastic and pelicans, herons, and other birds are on the dock and grasses daily.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee and cappuccino machine, blender, toaster, extensive kitchen utensils, Bernardaud china, Apilco serve ware, Villeroy & Boch wine and champagne glasses, spanish glass mojito pitcher and glassware and classic cactus margarita glasses. The dining room will comfortably seat 8 for dinner or serve as a wonderful place for 2 to dine and use the rest of the table to put together a large puzzle.

The master has a king size bed, Charisma sheeting, ceiling fan, closet and storage drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower with Kassatex towels and Gray Malin bath sheets, shampoo and conditioner, liquid hand soap, bath and shower gel and Kassatex bathmat.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, Charisma sheeting, ceiling fan, closet and two end tables with drawers.

The hall bathroom has a shower/tub Kassatex towels and Gray Malin bath sheets, shampoo and conditioner, liquid hand soap, bath and shower gel and Kassatex bathmat. There is also a washer and dryer in this bathroom.

There is also a large basket filled with LaCoste Cotton Beach towels for your use at the beach as well as a large wheeled cooler.

There are two love seats and one large sofa in the living room that are slip covered as well as two slip covered ottomans filled with soft, comfortable throw blankets for snuggling.

You may enjoy up to two wonderful doggies during your stay (35 pounds and under) and there are two nearby dog beaches (you must drive to them) one at Passagrille and another at Fort DeSoto.

This unit is on the second floor. There are 16 steps to the second floor. There is not an elevator. There is also a Weber grill available for your use and a large locked storage room for bikes, boards or kayaks.)

This unit is perfectly placed for those who want to enjoy the glories of Florida along with some of the best restaurants, parks, outdoor activities and beaches in the southern United States. Within easy walking distance (5 minutes) is the beautiful beach with a snack bar and restroom facilities. Within driving distance, Fort DeSoto National Park, Passagrille, Sarasota and the Ringling Museum, St. Petersburg's lively downtown area, Tropicana Field, Shell Island, Clearwater beach and its many deep sea fishing vessels available for hire, The Columbia Restaurant, the casual and funky VIP Mexican restaurant withing walking distance and too many beach restaurants, bars and clubs to count!
