Welcome to Funshine Sunset Beach, located just steps from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located on the second floor of a small, friendly building directly across the street from the beach and the heated community pool. In the evenings, nothing is better than sitting out on the balcony listening to the water and watching the sunset while sipping a drink. This unique place has a style all its own.
Our condo is uniquely decorated for comfort and relaxation with locally crafted furniture and artwork. This cozy one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps up to four people. Upon entering the front door, you will notice a 60-inch TV mounted directly above the beautifully hidden memory foam murphy bed. Enjoy the comfort of the plush couch and easy chair while watching TV or playing board games.
The kitchen is complete with all the tableware and cookware you need to prepare warm home cooked meals for your group. Head down the hallway and you will find a bathroom stocked with bath towels, beach towels and a few toiletries in case you left something behind. Finally, at the very end of the hall you will enter a tranquil bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of space in the closet to store your travel items.
We provide you with all you need for a day at the beach: chairs, toys, pool noodles, and a cooler.
Area Information
Sunset Beach is located on the south end of Treasure Island. It's a quiet area with very close access to the beach.

About the owner: I moved to Florida over 15 years ago from New Jersey and I'm so happy I did. I love the beach, the nightlife and visiting Disney World. I have been working from home since 2003 and I love to travel and work from anywhere. When I'm home we like to visit different restaurants and attend concerts. But nothing is better than a day spent on Treasure Island with a book and a drink soaking up the sun.
Why this property? Sunset Beach is my favorite beach in Pinellas County. It's quiet and close to the water.

This adorable little condo was such a needed blessing. It was clean, cozy and convenient. The owners were easily accessible and checked in with us on occasion to see if we needed anything. The accessibility to the private beach across the street Breathtaking. Highly recommend!

A beautiful condo on a canal where you can watch the dolphins swim by. Very friendly environment. A short walk to the beach. The owner, Nancy, had all the amenities on hand for a wonderful beach vacation. I would definitely recommend for future stays.
