This is a jewel condo in a lovely setting. The pool was wonderful. The water view was so tranquil. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to restaurants, Publix, the beach, the park. The owners were terrific. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience for us.

Centrally located in Treasure Island and well equipped, this condo was perfect. Sunrise was beautiful over the bay and sunsets were wonderful at the beach. It is the perfect sized complex for a quiet leisurely pool experience and the beach was huge so there was no over crowding there either. Loved riding the bike to explore John's Pass and St. Pete. When we were ready for some dinner and nightlife; it was just a short walk away. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. Overall a good experience. My only recommendation would be to bring your own beach towels.

Paul and T.Perfect Place to Relax
Just got back from our Holiday which finished with a stay at "The Kirks" little gem in Treasure Island. A great apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a lounge in an open plan format. Highly effective A/C ,plenty of hot water, lots of towels...all you need to add are provisions from the local store and you have a great holiday spot. 5 mins walk to the beach...3 minutes walk to the Supermarket... and 3 minutes walk to the many Bars and Restaurants in the area. We used the Shuttle Bus which runs along Gulf Boulevard to go up to St Johns Pass - highly efficient and regular service all for $5 - which is an all day ticket. Well run condo with owners that care about the complex and see this as their "Home". The pool has a great outlook onto the inlet bay and we spotted a pair of Dolphins feeding on Sunday afternoon ....within 50 yards of the shore!
