Step outside and you’re on the powder white sands of Sunset Beach—the gulf is so close that the sound of waves will lull you to sleep.
Passed down from generation to generation and tended to with loving care, our beachfront condo has provided us with plenty of seashore memories. We’re thrilled to share our family’s happy place with you and yours. With room for four, our getaway is a perfect fit for couples or a small family.

Share umbrella cocktails or just swap stories in the breezy living area, featuring plush leather sofas, coastal décor, and a 40” flat-screen TV for movie nights at home.
Fully equipped to handle everything from simple beach picnics to full seafood feasts, the kitchen features a suite of appliances and ample counter space. Whip up coffee and pancakes and enjoy them at the breakfast bar for two before racing down to the surf, or settle in for evening meals at a table for four.
CHILL OUT
Sweet dreams await you in the master suite, elegantly appointed in delicate floral patterns and ocean hues. Read a few pages of your vacation novel in the sitting area before tucking into the king-size Saatva Classic Luxury mattress, or catch up on your favorite shows on the 32” flat-screen TV. Refresh in your own private bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity.
Quaint and delightful, the second bedroom is privately located at the rear of the condo and offers 1 queen and 1 double bed. You’ll also have your own 24” flat-screen TV for nighttime unwinding.
Enjoy vacation completely clutter-free—both bedrooms feature ample dresser storage. An additional bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and features a shower/tub combination.

Fun begins right at home. Steps from your door is a heated pool—practice your backstroke or play a game of Marco Polo no matter the season.
And just beyond that? The powder white sands of Sunset Beach—stroll, swim, surf, and sun to your heart’s content, then wander just a few minutes back to your private condo. But be sure to sneak back out here as the sun goes down. If you’ve never seen a Treasure Island sunset, you’re in for a spectacular treat.
Want to explore further out on the gulf? Rent a wave runner, take a scuba diving lesson, or book a fishing charter and bring home fresh catches for dinner. Land lovers will also have plenty of options for enjoying the scenery—stroll along the shores and catch sight of our famous giant sandcastles, or tee-off on renowned golf courses with waterway backdrops.
Families and couples alike will love wandering John’s Pass and Village, a fishing village that’s home to shops, dining, and an alligator museum, just 3 miles from your door. Or get cultural with a stroll down the streets of St. Petersburg, just a 25-minute drive away. Visit the Salvador Dalí museum or find unique items and goods in an array of eclectic shops and boutiques.

Beautiful condo with an AMAZING view! Ocean is literally at your porch step. Condo was clean and had plenty of supplies for cooking your favorite meal. I really appreciated the beach towels and chairs for a fun day at the beach. It's in a perfect location and close to everything! We would definitely visit again in the future.

We stayed here for a week, and it was wonderful. The condo was so clean and it had everything you would need or want. It was literally just steps from the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We will rent here again!

The view is stunning. I loved being up close to the beach. I left my bedroom barely cracked overnight to hear the waves and slept like a rock. The unit is well equipped and clean. The location is near everything. Only negative for me was I could have used beach towels and a foot stool in den. But those were very minor issues. Check in was a breeze. I will definitely rent again and for longer. Loved it!

Spent a great 8 days here. Condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials of home. Beach chairs, umbrella, tubes, and boogie boards were provided. Make sure you bring your own beach towels with you. Condo is on the 2nd floor so you spend less time in the older hot elevator. View is amazing. Can't find a place any closer to the beach than the Sunset Chatteu. Coin operated laundry on every floor so bring your quarters. For the turtle lovers there were about 6 nests roped off on the beach right in front. The owner Nick is a great guy and will address any questions or concerns with you right away.

We stayed at this condo for a week, and it was wonderful. The condo was so clean and just steps away from the beach . It’s close to bars and restaurants . And there’s a publix close by as well . The beach wasn’t crowed at all and the sunsets were amazing ! No complaints here . Just wish we could of stayed longer !

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was amazing and the beach is literally steps away. The condo itself was equipped with everything you needed (including beach chairs!!) and was very quiet in the evenings. Nick was outstanding to work with and replied right away when we asked questions before our arrival and a few questions once we got there. We definitely look forward to staying again next year!

I have stayed at Sunset Chateau several times in the last 10 years. It’s a beautiful place to go and enjoy the quiet beach. The condo was great. It had all the equipment I needed to make a homemade Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen well stocked. Everything in the condo worked, which was nice. The condo was clean and refreshing. The sunsets are amazing and we got a lot of good pictures.Nick was great to work with, everything went smooth. Would definitely book this condo again

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. The views were amazing and the access to the beach made going back and forth super convenient. The pool on the beach was also clean and refreshing after a day in the sun. Walking distance to Caddy's on the beach and a short 5 minute drive to Johns Pass. A 3 minute drive to one of our favorite restaurants while visiting, Sea Hags. Nick was great to work with and we are already looking forward to our next vacation here.

Condo is right on the beach. See beautiful sunsets right from condo. Other guests are return guest from year to year and very friendly. Condo is well maintained and very clean and owner is great to work with. I highly recommend this condo. Great restaurants in area. Our favorites are Leverocks and Middle Grounds, or visit the local seafood stores and cook your own fresh seafood in the well equipped kitchen.

First of all the rental process was easy and the owner was very prompt with rental agreement and info. When we arrived we were pleased with how clean the condo was and everything looked like the pictures on line. Location was perfect and the views amazing. We will definitely be back next October.
