The interior was recently re-painted, new ceiling fans have been added in the living room and bedroom , additionally a new ceiling has just been completed in the bedroom as well. A new retro refrigerator , a new coffee machine, a new microwave oven has just been installed to recently updated parts of the property , with kitchen and various appliances, new bed frame & mattress as well as a table & chairs in the kitchen/living room area. A new HVAC & A/C Unit was installed early April 2024.
TV , Internet & Wifi, BBQ area & Laundry Facility on site as well as Parking Permit for 1 Car. Renters have access to the heated swimming pool at Sunset Chateau across the road from the building.
This is a NON Smoking property as well as No Pets/Animals Allowed.
