The interior was recently re-painted, new ceiling fans have been added in the living room and bedroom , additionally a new ceiling has just been completed in the bedroom as well. A new retro refrigerator , a new coffee machine, a new microwave oven has just been installed to recently updated parts of the property , with kitchen and various appliances, new bed frame & mattress as well as a table & chairs in the kitchen/living room area. A new HVAC & A/C Unit was installed early April 2024. New Shower Head and Arm installed 2 Feb 2026. A new Water Heater was Installed 2 Feb 2026
TV , Internet & Wifi, BBQ area & Laundry Facility (still in Remediation) on site as well as Parking Permit for 1 Car.
