This modern beach themed condo has been recently updated with new appliances and a hand painted mural from a local artist.

Guests can enjoy all modern amenities (High speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet cord available, 3 HDTV’s with standard cable, A/C, indoor/outdoor dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, microwave/coffee maker, fridge) as well as many little things that give this space unique character. Beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler and toys are available for use.

The unit has 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has a full-size day bed with a twin trundle. Also an air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping. The bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and was recently updated with a new vanity and shelving. The open concept living area offers plenty of seating for all. With the 55” smart TV on a swivel mount. Making it easy to enjoy while from the living or dining room.

Guests also have the pleasure of enjoying our outdoor facilities. Complete with BBQ area, plenty of out door lounging areas and a beautiful pool and dock right on the inter coastal!

Do you have a boat? Our condo has a dock available for use for a small daily fee, please inquire with us to check for availability.

We are pet friendly, dogs only. Limited to 1 dog per rental, weight under 40lbs. Larger, well trained dogs may be accepted. (Please inquire first) Dogs should always be on a leash while outside. There is a convenient grassy area in front of the unit, equip with a dropping receptacle.

We have an open check in/check out policy. Meaning, as long as our reservations allow for it you can check in earlier then 4pm and stay later then 10am if needed. Please inform us ASAP if you need more time, so we can coordinate properly.

We live in Clearwater and are just about 1/2 hr away. If any issues arise or you have any questions, shooting a message or calling us.

Also known as the Sand Sculpture Capital of Florida, Treasure Island is home to the Sanding Ovations Master Cup, a four-day competition of 10 sand sculpting masters from North America, Europe and Asia. This annual competition is mid November.
