The Boardwalk welcomes 4 to 5 guests. The rare, split floor plan at Boardwalk Beachhouse includes a king-size master bedroom at the back of the house, a queen-size guest bedroom at the center, and a remodeled, attached bath for each bedroom.
This split arrangement - with the bedrooms separated by the kitchen - makes Boardwalk Beachhouse a great (and rare!) option for two couples or a small family seeking a bit of privacy.
Meanwhile, outside, the namesake boardwalk deck feels like a beachside bar right in your own backyard.
A DAY AT BOARDWALK BEACHHOUSE
Begin the day with a shoreline stroll: The Boardwalk cottage is located just 1000 feet from the Gulf on the Pinellas Beaches. Even better, you can take your pup on a walk with you - Boardwalk Beachhouse is pet-friendly!
Boaters and fishing folks in your group will love the nearby boat put-in and the intracoastal fishing pier just across the street. When they return with the day’s catch (whether from their own fishing pole or one of Treasure Island’s fresh seafood markets), fire up the BBQ grill and dig in at your pick of umbrella-shaded outdoor tables.
In addition to the boardwalk deck, there’s also a paver patio with outdoor furnishings tucked under a sail shade. Both outdoor spaces feature reed fencing and lush landscaping for total privacy. The master bedroom has private access to the patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
At Boardwalk Beachhouse, outdoor living is strongly encouraged. But we understand if you want to spend some time indoors in the A/C, too. Prep dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with new granite counters. Then gather around the kitchen’s custom, 4-person dining table for dinner and an after-dinner card game.
Beach towels need a refresher? No problem - there is a stacked washer and dryer just off the master bedroom.
WHY WE LOVE THE BOARDWALK
Andy and Carol have applied their signature, vintage beach-cottage style to Boardwalk Beachhouse, with several handmade and reclaimed pieces throughout. Check out the custom pub table Andy handcrafted from an antique jack, the master bed’s headboard, which was made from planks from an old fishing boat, and a bedroom table with an antique tile cutter as its base.
This location is great, too - close to the beach but with hardly any beach traffic. 5 minute walk. There's even room for 1-2 cars in the driveway. Take your pick from a collection of fun restaurants and an array of water adventures on Treasure Island like parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking and motorboat rentals. When it's time to head home, the Tampa Airport is located about 30-40 minutes away.
Note: the living room is of very modest size and is not meant for large gatherings. Pets allowed for an additional fee. Exterior video camera onsite.
Reservations require the completion of a signed rental agreement including your credit card details. You are entering into an agreement with Splashy Ventures/Gulfport Florida and Splashy is the merchant of record for rent, taxes and fees.

Lori P.Adorable Cottage, great location
The cottage is located on a nice quiet street, it is clean, up to date, and decorated tastefully. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, they even had tea for us which we enjoyed. The back yard is very private which was great for our dogs and relaxing. Location is close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants as well as a park that offer tennis and pickleball. Check in and check out was easy with good communication. We will be back

The condo was perfect for our needs! It was very well maintained! It was clean from the kitchen counters to the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. The added features were the beach chairs and pickle ball/tennis rackets, and little cooler for the beach. It was a great area for our morning runs, and the people are so friendly! The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with my group too! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

This tastefully decorated beach house has just about everything you could ask for. The location is great! Just a few steps and across the street is the beautiful beach! The house is very clean and well-equipped. Beth was excellent to work with and very prompt to respond and answer any questions. The backyard is beautiful with several different types of palms and even a mango tree. The outdoor shower is super convenient and we used it every time we returned from the beach. The sunsets are phenomenal down on the beach, we never missed one! It is a very quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors are super friendly. The trolley stop just at the end of the street is so convenient and runs all the way from St Pete Beach up to Clearwater. We had no need for a car and utilized the trolley and bicycles to get around. We had many great meals with our favorite being Middle Ground Grill for happy hour and early bird specials. The $3 burger at Ka Tiki is really good. Britt’s Coal Fire Pizza was also a favorite. Ricky T’s is great anytime and has entertainment on weekend nights. For excellent Mexican fare we enjoyed VIP Mexican several times and did not mind the wait. We also enjoyed spending time at Caddy’s for great days at the beach and beautiful sunsets. You won’t regret renting this well-appointed beach house.
