Property as well as resort exceeded our expectations. Ample amenities in the room and kitchen made our stay enjoyable. Using the beach chair and umbrella service was a breeze. No complaints overall. Quick communication w/owner.

The layout was great for what we needed and everything was clean and worked great! No issues during our 7 day stay and the TV and speaker setup in the living room was a bonus. Good view of the ocean from the balcony and the pools were awesome!

Overall the property is great for location and all the amenities. Loved going from all the pools available straight to the beach and back to the pool.
Property is in a good location with view to the pool area and very close to the elevator. Wish there were more elevators nearby as it is generally a bit crowded and the wait is a bit long sometimes but the elevator might have been having issues- no a/c and the folks in front of us once were stuck for 10 minutes. We chose an alternative elevator for a few days.
Overall great stay and will be back!

When renting a condo. We always make sure the owner(s) are available for questions, or issues that occur. Greg and his wife exceeded expectations. Before the trip he gave us info about the area. Resturants, shops, activities, etc. We had an issue with the washer one evening. The next morning Greg wasted no time and it was fixed. Loved the balcony, overlooking the pool and the ocean. The condo was a perfect size for 2 Adults and 2 Kids. The pools are wonderful and we never had to fight for a chair like some places. Greg owns 2 beach chairs and the wagon came in handy for walks to the beach. Parking is never an issue, and does not take long to travel in the parking ramp. The staff is very friendly, and the place is clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a very relaxing trip and you can tell the owners care about their place and your vacation.

Our 4th time in this unit and we loved it as much as ever! The room is clean and is updated frequently. The pools were always clean and the pool staff was very friendly. We love being so close to the Okaloosa Pier and Boardwalk. We walked there everyday. We keep coming back to Waterscape because nothing else compares to the unit, pools, beach and location.

The property is Wonderful for families and children with its 4 pools and white sand beach access that you walk right out to. Beach chairs provided. It is central to the Pan Handle of Florida; Ft Walton, Destin, Panama City & Pensacola. The condo was clean, up to date and quite for our stay in May, with secure parking. If you want to kick back and relax this is the place for you. Greg was available for any of our needs, but we did need to contact him. Hope to return sometime in the future.....Thanks

The pool areas are clean and super family friendly. The beach was perfect..chairs and umbrella included. The condo was clean and comfortable. Cooked meals in and went to nearby restaurants. Everything was great!!

Very nice and clean resort. They restrict saving pool chairs which is nice because otherwise you would never find an available one. The unit was up to date and had all the necessities. It got a little loud at night and you can hear kids running down the halls. We'd definitely come back.

The condo was beautifully furnished. There were also good cooking utensils and cookware for preparing meals. The owner was very attentive to making our stay comfortable. This unit also provided good access to the parking deck for easy move in and departure while still providing a great view of the upper pool and beach

This was our first time in the Emerald Coast and staying at Waterscape. We loved the location of A526 because the views of the pool and the beach were excellent but we loved being in the back of the resort where we had a quiet room with a view. The Ethan Allen furniture was in excellent shape and I wanted to stay in a condo that had comfortable and high quality furniture for my son and husband that we were able to sit on comfortably.
The condo was stocked with all your amenities and the owners were excellent about giving up different options for dining and told us about the area. He was so quick to respond and very professional. The King size bed was so unbelievably comfortable and the bedding was perfect having a soft duvet. You felt like you were really home.
I would highly recommend renting this property and hopefully we will be back again next year!

We just returned from a week long stay at Greg and Julie's condo and it was wonderful. We have been traveling to the Destin/Ft Walton area twice a year for close to 8 years and this unit is by far one of the nicest and cleanest. Greg was a pleasure to work with and made every effort to assist us and answer all of our questions. The unit is very clean and it's one of the few I've ever walked into barefoot and didn't have sand on the floor. The furniture is brand new. The bunks were a big hit with my 5 year old son. The condo overlooks the kiddie pool area but it also has a breathtaking view of the beach and a very nice 5 piece patio table with an additional table and two chairs. I sat and watched dolphins every morning from the patio. This condo is on the 5th floor and within a very short walk to the parking garage and beach. Waterscape is suited for families with small children, older children or no children. There's a place and a pool that will suit any age group. The beach chair set up every day was great. There's also a "Tiki Bar" set up down by the pool and it has drinks (sodas, fruity drinks, etc) and a great selection of food. My kiddos and I made a habit of the Strawberry Colada (virgin of course) every day! I can't say enough good about this condo or Waterscape. Every morning as I sat and had coffee on the patio I watched the grounds crew of Waterscape, clean, replace chairs/equipment, etc. They scrub the grills around the pools daily! One night we had a storm with high winds and it ruined an umbrella down by the pools and it was replaced in a matter of minutes. Waterscape is so clean, so kept and well maintained!! We'll be back in August and I'd hoped to rent this unit again but as with any great property, it fills up!! Thank you so much Greg, we hope to be back to A526 next year!!

My family of 6 stayed in this condo spring breake of 2016. We loved this place its very clean and comfortable. The large balcony was one of our favorites the veiw is beautifull it has a large table that we had all our meals on outside. The owener made everythig very easy for us and we could easily contact him.
We can not wait to go back.

We loved our condo at Waterscape.
It was exactly as on the VRBO site. The unit we stayed in was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed from cooking, laundry to playing on the beach. The complex premises was very well maintained and clean. The condo balcony has a great view of the beach and the pool area. The grills around the pool area were clean and worked out great when making lunch and dinner for family and friends.
When making the reservations, Greg the unit owner, was very helpful and quick to reply to all my emails and phone calls.
I would highly recommend staying here.
I plan on staying here again on my next trip down, which I hope will be soon :)

My family of 5 has stayed in this condo a couple times now. It's amazing! Great views of the Gulf with breathtaking sunsets, perfect for families or couples, clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. Booking was seamless. Condo has a lock with a code to use so no worries about forgetting the key or losing it. The condo has a covered garage and the unit is close to garage and elevator for easy access. A huge private patio with access from the living room and master bedroom perfect for meals or just relaxing. The rental comes with beach service of an umbrella and two beach chairs that the staff gets set up for you. The beach is private for guests of Waterscape and is a beautifully maintained white sand beach. The complex has lazy river, hot tub, heated pool and a zero entry pool for the little ones. There are also grills around the pool area which are great for quick meals after a leisurely day at the beach. This unit is close to groceries, restaurants and entertainment. Oh and two bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit, definitely must haves for a family vacationing at the beach! The full kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals. Just a quick trip to the local grocery store and you're set. This really helped save $$ for our family of 5 from not having to eat out 3 meals a day. We can't say enough good things about this unit! Can't wait to go back!
