The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely no through traffic. Great for your peace and relaxation. This home was recently totally remodeled and is FULLY furnished for your vacation! Large 1,700 square ft home with 3 bedrooms. Master has a large King bed. Second bedroom with a Queen and third bedroom with 2 twins. Two bathrooms. The master has a walk-in shower. Massive open area with kitchen, dining room and living room combined for plenty of room to spread out. Large modern washer and dryer. A separate building in the backyard has a mini-apartment if there are more than 6 guests and less than 9. It has a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa. It also has a TV, fridge, sink with the bathroom downstairs.
The Pool and Backyard
The new pool has a maximum depth of only 4 1/2 feet for your family’s safe enjoyment. Due to a pool hazard I do require all adult guests to sign a liability waiver for them and all children. See rental agreement for details. The outbuilding has its own bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower for your use when enjoying the pool. There are several chairs, tables and area to spread out by the pool or under cover by the back of the house. The grill is available for your use as well.
Other Amenities
You get much more than any standard rental. We provide a complimentary coffee and some drinks. The remodeled kitchen not only has all what you would expect but also includes extra amenities such as air fryer, rice cooker, and MANY cooking containers and utensils. Cupboard is full of pots, pans, dishes and everything you would have at home, plus more! You can borrow an extra fold-out table for your grilling. I also have probably dozen beach towels, a beach umbrella, floaties, inner tubes, several coolers and plenty of extras you can borrow for the pool or the beach!

The Area
Within our neighborhood it’s a five-minute walk to small beach on the bay where small boats can also be launched at no cost! There are at least 5 other launches nearby for larger boats. The house is only 6 miles from the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! Nearby are state parks, museum, 3 golf courses, the Gulfarium Marine park, Okaloosa pier, Okaloosa island beach access, Destin Harbor walk, putt-putt golf courses, go cart tracks, adventure park, and MANY fun things to do within 15-minute drive! If you adventure further, you can drive down scenic 30A to Panama City or to Navarre and Pensacola to the West.
TWO beach access on the bay. One is only past 5 houses down the road. The other is less than half a mile away and much bigger.

1. There are additional fees for parties of OVER 6 persons. The house itself is limited to 6 persons and an additional 3 persons may stay in mini-apartment. To add use of the mini apartment, the fee is $75 per day plus an additional cleaning fee of $50.
2. ALL ADULT GUESTS in the party will have to sign a rental agreement upon arrival for release of liability of owner for any and all injuries or death on the premises for ANY REASON for themselves and their children.
