- MINIMUM AGE to book a reservation: 25 years old - No subletting to other guests allowed.
- NO SMOKING allowed inside condo or outside on the balconies.
- NO PETS allowed.
- MAXIMUM NUMBER of GUESTS: 6 (only 4 can be adults which is 18 years of age and above)
- Signed Rental Agreement and Copy of Photo ID.

PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of Total Rental Amount Due at Time of Booking
50% Balance Due 60 Days Prior to Check In Date.

CLEANING FEE:
$150 and includes starter items supplied for you during your stay

EXTENDED STAY CLEANING FEE:
Cleaning Fee is $200 for Stays 15 Nights or longer ($150 for Shorter Stays),

CANCELLATION POLICY:
60+ Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 100% refund of any monies you have paid to date.
59 to 30 Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 50% refund of any monies to date & Complete refund of $300 Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee (if already paid).
29 Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 0% refund of any monies you have paid to date & Complete refund of $300 Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee (if already paid).

Clean, simple, economical. I own and manage the condo and provide top notch concierge service. I am always available to answer questions and happy to make recommendations. Since Okaloosa Island is adjacent to Eglin Air Force Base, law prohibits building taller than 7 stories. This has prevented FWB from becoming overcrowded or have overbearing traffic like 30A, Panama City or Destin. However, Destin is only 4 miles away should you decide to drive over. Honestly, our beaches are wider, whiter, sand is softer and a LOT less crowded. It's a long hidden secret.

Easy access to beach with pool and tons of kids to play with. Very close to putt-put, adventure park, Gulfarium and not a long walk to the beach.

Quiet and beautiful beach. Watch the military aircrafts fly overhead and watch the dolphins from the balcony. Many restaurants nearby.
