CANCELLATION POLICY:
60+ Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 100% refund of any monies you have paid to date.
59 to 30 Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 50% refund of any monies to date & Complete refund of $300 Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee (if already paid).
29 Days prior to your scheduled Check In Date - Receive a 0% refund of any monies you have paid to date & Complete refund of $300 Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee (if already paid).

Since Okaloosa Island is adjacent to Eglin Air Force Base, law prohibits building taller than 7 stories. This has prevented FWB from becoming overcrowded or have overbearing traffic like 30A, Panama City or Destin. However, Destin is only 4 miles away should you decide to drive over. Honestly, our beaches are wider, whiter, sand is softer and a LOT less crowded. It's a long hidden secret.
