We loved our staying at Villa Bahia, especially the pool area. The pool, spa, deck, dock, tiki hut, tables, chairs and screening were all in great condition. We were in the pool area during the day and at the tiki hut in the evening. It was nice to be able to control the pool and spa heater as there were a few cooler days during our visit and we were able to keep them warm enough to use.The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was there - cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, spices, etc.The master bathroom is great = especially the shower.We would happily stay at Villa Bahia again.

Our family of four stayed in this very nice home. Had a little hiccup at the beginning because the door code had been changed and we didn't have the correct code but luckily, we didn't need to wait outside too long before we received the correct code. House was perfect for our needs and very clean. Andreas and his property manager were a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the pool area and the convenience of tying our boat up at the dock in the back yard. The restaurant recommendations from Andreas were great! All in all, it was a great relaxing trip to Cape Coral. There are some items to note for future renters. This home does charge an electric usage fee (which is noted in their description) and there are limited essentials (one roll of paper towels, limited toilet paper etc.) Not a big deal, just know that you may need to buy some essentials if staying a week or more. There is a Publix less than a mile away, however. The house is conveniently located and close to numerous restaurants as well.

This place is everything you will need for 6 people or more . Location is close to many bar restaurants within walking distance . We had family fly in from around the country for a family vacation and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. We visited each of the restaurants that the owner recommended and we weren’disappointed. The pool was great and there were certainly enough towels and toys for everyone! The fire feature at the spa required a little maintance but it turned out to need a battery. The house was very comfortable for the entire family and there were enough kitchen appliances and dishes to keep each of the cooks happy. My only suggestion would be rubber bath mats for the showers..we went to the local dollar store…yes we will keep you in mind for next year! Thanks from all of us.

We stay for a week every year. My wife and I just love the peace and quiet. The home is perfect in every way! We always find accommodations to be exceptionally clean (very important to us). The best sleep possible on very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for guests. Fully equipped kitchen and space to do anything you want. Updated in every way. The pool is our favorite and we spend lots of time in the water or near the amazing boat dock and canal. We absolutely love the local deli and restaurants nearby. Not a long drive to the ocean but the house/ pool is so nice and private we normally prefer to stay. We can't wait to get back! 5 stars+

This was THE most impressive vacation rental we have ever had despite being exceptionally reasonable in cost for high season in southwest Florida. The house easily accommodated 7 of us for 4 delightful weeks. From the heated pool to the Tiki hut on the canal, our gatherings became memorable. The well-stocked large kitchen facilitated easy meal preparation, but we exercised little restraint in our dining in and takeout dinners. Both the house manager (Anja) and owner (Andreas) were exceptionally responsive to our needs and questions. Suspicious of a 5-star property? This is what that experience looks like! We hope to be back--all 7 of us!

We've rented in CC for 10yrs. This place was in a great location, being quiet yet near so much. The size and layout also worked perfectly for our extended family of 8. The optional master bedroom allowed for us to add my son and his wife late in the game for an upcharge. Andreas was great to communicate with. The Property Mgr mailed a bag of jewelry that my wife forgot back to our house (thank you!). There were a couple minor issues: * The garage and pool area were left in very sloppy shape when we arrived * The site read 4 bikes, but there were only 3 and one was broken * There were wet towels left in washer and pile of dirty towels "on deck" * The family room rug was filthy That said, we would rent this house again for our group next year, or in the near future.

This house comfortably fit our 2 families (10 total). The pictures are just as it appears. property manager was easy to contact as there are so many options for this house we needed some guidance. The stereo system that played each room and outside and able to adjust each rooms volume was great and to not have bring and or keep charging our speaker was perfect. The mattresses were comfortable, plenty of sheets, towels and washcloths. the salt pool was amazing on the kids eyes skin and hair. Patio furniture was in great shape and tiki outdoor bar too. We all took turns enjoying the hammock by the water. bikes, fishing poles and pool toys were all available and in great condition.

My husband and I stayed at the home and loved every minute we were there. The home has so many amenities not expected in a rental property. I will start this review off by saying if you don't snag this house now you are missing out! This was the best vacation we have ever had! We have been renting in this area for over 19 years and this house has it all! Take all the things we liked over the last 18 houses and it was all put into this home! The home is so clean, up to date, and the furnishings are out of a magazine. The outdoor areas are like a resort. We traveled with 4 families and 5 kids and it was so easy to find quite spots to relax in this large home. Anything you can think of our need was here. We will be back next year and trust me if you pass this home up you will be sorry!

This has been the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed at Villa Oasis Bahia. Whereas I have previously gone in large groups, as there is ample space (within the four bedrooms), this time, it was for a week of R & R with a friend. Each time I come, it is apparent that the owner has upgraded the already impressive house, from visible changes in the bedrooms and tiki hut by the canal landing to the outside dining and lounge area. It was hot in Florida in the summer but I barely noticed that I was in and out of the pool mostly. Most people rave about the sauna, which is unusual for this area. When I did venture off the property, I was amazed at how the nightlife in Cape Coral has grown these past years. Great restaurants, bakery and places to walk around were some of my additional finds.

The pictures are really great but the reality is better. Just WOW when you open the door and walk in. The house offers all you can wish for. Very clean, perfectly equipped, and the wellness amenities are a dream. We couldn’t get enough of it. We as coffee lovers were amazed about the 3 coffee machines. A Seaco Espresso machine which does it all, a Nespresso machine and a regular coffee maker. The location is great, too, in walking distance to Restaurants and super-market. What we also really liked was the huge TV and the sound-system, almost like a cinema but at home on the couch. The pool-area with jacuzzi and fire pits is really romantic in the evening. We had a great vacation and will certainly come again.
