The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, include a queen bed in each, and share a newly updated bathroom with stylish tile and granite vanities. Each bedroom has a Smart TVs. There is also a flex 4th room with a pull-out couch which is perfect for an office space to work remotely.

The living area and the open kitchen are modern and fully equipped. The kitchen has an island, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and much more. The living room has a 65” Smart TV and plenty of seating.

The patio area including the pool is protected by a cage (insect net) to keep out leaves, grass and insects. The terrace is equipped with a Weber gas grill and a covered dining area for 6-8 people.

There is a laundry room off two car garage with washer and dryer and sink. WIFI is included with the rental. The home has central air and ceiling fans in each room as well as on the lanai.
