Santa Cruz is in a great location only 10 minutes from the Magic of Disney World. Santa Cruz prides itself on its tranquil location. All the houses are beautifully designed both externally and internally and it is situated among the orange groves to the east of U.S. highway 27. It gives you an interesting and convivial venue for your vacation. You will find returning to the tranquillity of Santa Cruz extremely relaxing after your fun and activity packed Florida day.
The Disney attractions are a mere 10 minutes drive away and all the other theme parks, such as Universal Studios are all reachable within 30 minutes. Santa Cruz also has 2 large supermarkets nearby, as well as restaurants and takeaways that cater for every taste. The "world-famous" town of Celebration is only 5 minutes from the estate. Celebration is set in 4,900 acres of Florida's best countryside and it is it is well worth a visit. You can stroll along its friendly streets taking in its picturesque downtown area with its variety of shops, restaurants and a cinema, or just relax in a rocking chair and enjoy the night air by the lake and watch the ornamental fountains topped off by that beautiful Florida sunset. Highway 192, Is less than 10 minutes away which has a wealth of eating houses, themed restaurants and shops, Old Town is well worth a visit, the weekend car cruises are great fun, and the worlds largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall will take your breath away - literally!! A selection of popular restaurants at the intersection of US27 and I-4 can be found that include Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Dennys and Perkins. Large shopping malls such as The Florida Mall and the Millennia Mall and Beltz are just a 30 minute drive away.
The I-4 (Inter State 4) is only 2 miles away which gives quick and easy access to locations throughout Florida, such as Tampa, the Gulf coast resorts St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Daytona Beach, the Kennedy Space Center, and not forgetting those famous Orlando malls such as Belz, Orlando Premium Outlets and Millennia, with its 1.2 million square feet of the best national and international retailers in the world with a fantastic food court. In addition Santa Cruz also enjoys easy access to and from the Orlando Airports via the I-4. You can also take a leisurely drive through the orange groves at the rear of the Santa Cruz development where you can see exotic wildlife and birds, and within 10 minutes you will find yourself at Greg Norman's award winning Champions Gate golf course where you will also find shops and restaurants. There are also over 30 excellent golf courses within a "short drive" for all those golf enthusiasts.

$200 is due after reserving (non refundable after 24 hours) , it is applied to the total rent. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to check in.

What is your cancellation policy?
$200.00 (non refundable )down payment requested when reserve this home. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit written notice to The Florida Store Property Management. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to your arrival will result in no refund, unless otherwise confirmed with The Florida Store Property Management. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
