Adjacent to the living area is a coffee/wine bar where you can make coffee, tea or a drink. Check out the spectacular view through the oversized sliding door to the patio.

An adjacent dining area provides for a more formal dinner setting which will comfortably seat 6-8 people.

The kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry, allowing the chef of the family to prepare delicious food to enjoy while you sit at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen table (seats 4). The upper area loft provides a desk, chair and a 24-inch monitor for your convenience. Hi speed Wi-fi is also available free of charge throughout the villa.

Also provided for the little ones of your travelling party is a pack n' play crib, high chair, booster seat, stair gates, and monitors.

Bath Towels and Pool Towles provided. Parking space for two vehicles on the driveway.

We use the latest communications and booking software to make your booking process stress free. It's very easy to book one of our villas, everything can be done online and we require a 25% booking deposit, the final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

There is a ring doorbell camera, a camera above the garage facing the driveway and street and a camera on each side of the house pointing down the sides to the front of the property - not the pool area.
