We’ve included a picture of another rental (not the greatest quality photo) we also own which has a 5 star review and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. It rents out over 200 days a year. We expect and intend the same results with this new home, as we are keeping the same amazing management company and continuing to make upgrades. Vacation Dreams is a spacious 2600 sq.,ft. fully furnished home that sleeps 12. We are minutes from Disney and other parks, with a private southwest facing pool and spa. It sits on a large lot with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Open Floor Plan with tiled entry through the main floor. Formal living / dining vaulted ceiling flowing into a family room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The equipped kitchen offers essential daily appliances, such as a Kurig, food processor, toaster and blender, plenty of cabinet space (with under cabinet lighting)breakfast bar and open views of the family room and pool deck. The downstairs sleeps 6 and Upstairs sleeps 6. The downstairs master with lovely new high-end mattress displays 2 walk-in closets and large en-suite. Bath with dual sinks, garden tub, separate shower, with access to the pool deck. Downstairs accommodations also include a princess/fairy Bedrm w/full Bath and Queen bedroom with new high-end mattress at the front of the home, for added privacy. From the Living rm the spindle staircase leads upstairs to the loft area. To the rear of the home is a second master with another high-end mattress (with en-suite bathroom). Bedrooms 4 and 5, have one queen, with new mattress and two single beds, which share a "Jack n Jill" bathroom. With all new mattresses, you will be sure to get a good night’s sleep. There are four full baths throughout the entire property. The garage is configured as a fully equipped game room. The heated pool, spa and covered lanai offers al-fresco dining and a relaxing space for the family. A full size washer and dryer are also on premises. Fresh linens/towels are also provided.
You also have the option of bringing your favorite well-behaved and potty trained, furry friends. Pets are allowed, in most instances for an extra fee and extra damage deposit.
In addition, we are less than 2 miles away from Osceola Polk Line Road and Wilson Lake Road, for which essential amenities, such as Dunkin Donuts, Gas Stations, Publix, McDonalds, Subway, Nail Salons, a China Bistro, Dry Cleaners, among others are located. You will not have to travel on a main hwy. to get there or deal with extra traffic. Only minutes from I-4 and other local freeways provides access to all that Central Florida has to offer.
We are also located near a nature preserve, so there is no shortage of exotic birds and neat animals that may wonder about for your viewing and listening enjoyment.

There is no shortage of fun in close proximity to this home and the location cannot be beat. Away from congestion, traffic and lines. The Disney Entrance is just 15 mins away and less then 35 minutes from Universal. There is no-outlet in our sub, so there is no unnecessary traffic making it incredibly private. There is no gate code to remember, no line up to get through a gate or chance the code won't work. And, you will never have to travel very far to get essential groceries or eat a nice meal once you arrive. The area is jam packed with activities to do within close proximity of our home. Take a day trip to Tampa or Clearwater Beach, which was just rated the best beach in America. It is 77 miles to the west on the Gulf side. Cape Canaveral (NASA) is only 61 miles away to the east on the east coast on the Atlantic Ocean. There is so much to do, that your possibilities are endless.
However, in a home rental you get to dictate your own schedule and your own pace. No excessive stimulation and no lines for breakfast or coffee. Enjoy family bonding time by having quiet time, along with the opportunity to cook together while on vacation.

Kids love rental homes because it offers a quiet oasis away from all the daily stimulation at the parks. Kids quite ofter suffer from sensory overload due to all the excitement throughout the day. Home away from home!
We had the pleasure of spending two weeks at this house! It really was a comfortable, COVID-safe haven for my husband and I, our two kids, their grandma and our two little dogs! We were SO comfortable and made memories we'll take with us FOREVER in this great, family-friendly home. The stunning pool and wonderful hot tub, time spent playing pool and darts, and the bikes for a ride through the lovely, safe neighborhood - all made this place a wonderful home for us to soak up the sun and have fun. We were also SUPER close to groceries with COVID-safe pick-up options, as well as shopping, restaurants and attractions we would have visited if it weren't for COVID.Not just the house, and its spaciousness and amenities that welcomed us, but the owners made us feel welcomed too. We booked last minute, had TONS of questions, and (I believe) were the first to propose bringing small dogs. The owners responded often and quickly to our questions and requests - over email and text! We'd visit again for the house and would love to work again with the owners!

Great location, lots of space
My family enjoyed staying in this home. We travel to Florida annually and this home was no disappointment. The boys (16) loved using the bikes to go to the local fishing ponds, playing ping pong and pool in the garage. Plenty of room for everyone and in great condition. Kitchen was fully loaded with a Keurig, coffee maker and plenty of dishes and utensils. It was nice staying off 192 as well to avoid all the Disney traffic. We were about 30 minutes from Universal which was an easy drive. The boys attended a football combine which was only 15 minutes away. Lots of restaurants in a short drive -Miller Ale House was a great place to go!Once we got the pool heat situation corrected, the hot tub was amazing. Owner and maintenance staff were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The Best Week Of Our Life!
We can't say enough about how nice this beautiful home is. My husband and I traveled with four of our adult children (18-28) from Michigan and they all loved having their own room and their own bath. The home is in immaculate condition with all the amenities we needed (kitchen accessories, bath accessories, hair dryer, towels, washer & dryer, etc.) The master suite and master bath was amazing! We enjoyed the spacious Living Room for entertaining, the large kitchen and eating area, the kids loved the game room in the garage (pool and ping pong table, darts) They even had extra board games for us to play. It was so fun and absolutely perfect! The pool was spectacular, very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at Disney and our other busy activities. We loved the location which was just minutes from Orlando and close to shopping and restaurants. When I heard my children say, "This was the best week of our lives"... my heart melt!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and making our Vacation Dream Come True! We will absolutely visit again next year :-). Janice Plaskon
