We have a beautiful condo in the Kissimmee area of Florida. Nestled into a very private property of acres of luscious, beautifully landscaped grounds ….all in the confines of a gated community. We are within 20 minutes or less of all the Disney Parks without the hustle and bustle of this area. You can enjoy your day at any of the theme parks and come back to our peaceful and beautiful resort to sit by the pool and enjoy a cocktail while watching your children have more fun!!!
Our condo is completely renovated from the quartz countertops to all new bathrooms and mattresses. Is is on the second floor with one of our 4 pools just steps away directly behind our condo.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, with a ceiling fan, a 52” Flat screen smart TV, patio doors going out to the deck that overlooks the pool area. This bedroom has an attached ensuite with a 4 piece bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, and a 48” Flat screen TV. The second bath is a 4 piece bath as well.
The Kitchen, DIning, and Great room are all open concept to create lots of space for your convenience. There is a 65” Flat screen Smart TV in the main area. The Great Room has patio doors as well, leading out to the deck with your dining table and 6 chairs and another view of the pool. The Great room has 2 full sized couches with one couch being a Queen size sofa bed. The indoor dining table seats 6. The Kitchen is well equipped to make your cooking experience as simple or as complicated as you would like it to be.
Our resort has many many amenities…you don’t even need to leave the property to be kept busy. We have 4 heated pools and 4 Hot tubs, a big splash pad and playground area. The Restaurant/Bar are located poolside and right along Lake Davenport…where you can go out and lay in the hammocks in the sand or fish off the dock. He have basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for the avid players. We have barbecue areas spread throughout the resort and a gazebo for if you get caught in the rain!!! You can enjoy the pool tables, the ping pong tables and shuffleboard if you’re feeling a little competitive.

We fell in love with this resort because of its feeling of being segregated from a busy world out there. It’s sereneness and feeling of being safe wether it be daytime or nightime. We feel like it’s a hidden gem. When we go through those first gates…..it’s a whole different world. Then we drive around and look at everything as well kept and maintained as always….then walk into our beautiful and clean condo that always smells soooo fresh. That would be why we love it here!!! Truly our Home Away From Home.

Area Information

We are so close to all of Disney’s themed parks and all the free parks as well. Celebration is a beautiful area for dining, hiking, markets, and only a few minutes away. Old Town is a favourite of everyone’s and they always have events going on there. Margueritaville is delightful at any time of the day and many unique dining and shopping experiences to be found there. Just minutes away. Cocoa Beach is a favourite of ours. It’s an hour away and you’re on the ocean with its beautiful town and sandy beaches and cool pier where you can eat or just enjoy a cocktail or two. The gulf side is nice and it’s 11/2 ours away.
