Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney.
Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms, all with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room brand new sectional sofa with a chaise lounger and a pull out queen bed. The 4 master bedrooms all have a 55" wall mounted 4K TV . Both rooms with the twin beds have wall mounted 43" 4K Roku TV's.
The family room has a wrap around sectional with a chaise lounger, a 65" 4K TV and Sound Bar, Play Station. Wii, games, and a 100 movie DVD library. All indoor TV's have premium cable. The game room is air conditioned, with an 8' slate pool table and a high quality ping pong table.
There are his and hers golf clubs, games, puzzles, and pool toys for the kids. There are portable chairs and a beach umbrella for a trip to the beach!. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are plentiful and convenient.

Living
Relax in the comfortable sectional sofa while watching the 65" 4K TV with a Sonos Sound Bar. There is a Play Station 4 with games and 2 controllers. There is a Roku system on all TV's. There is upgraded HD cable TV in the family room, and 12 free HBO channels.
There is a large den that has a brand new sectional sleeper sofa. This den is ideal for conversation and reading, away from the open concept living room-kitchen area and the pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen has has a brand new French Door full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and a huge array of pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you need or want you will find in this fully stocked kitchen!
The poolside outdoor kitchen is a terrific feature of our villa, and available for all your cooking and barbecuing. This kitchen features a professional quality grill, a griddle, a 2 burner stove, fridge, and an 8' granite bar. New outdoor furniture is in place at the bar and pool.
The pool has just been resurfaced and the deck painted, and the villa is in terrific condition.
Dining
Inside the house, the glass dining room table seats 6, the kitchen has a pub style table with 4 comfortable chairs, and a stand up bar. Go outside to the enclosed lanai and there are 2 dining tables, one seats 6 and the other 4. There are 4 barstools at the bar. There are also 6 patio lounge chairs for extra poolside seating.
Bedrooms
6 bedrooms, sleeps 14.
There are 6 bedrooms, 4 are masters with their own private bath. There is a crib and 2 Pack and Play's on site for your use. House sleeps 14 plus 3 Infants/Toddlers
All 4 master suites have a 55" 4K wall mounted TV with Roku players.
There are 5 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. The downstairs King Suite has a walk in shower and a tub.
There is also a full size washer and dryer in the house.
We also provide an iron and ironing board, vacuum, and a hair dryer in every full bathroom.
Games Room
The game room is air conditioned. This is a feature rarely found in a rental home, as almost all game rooms are converted garages. The game room has a full size 8' 3 piece slate pool table, and a brand new ping pong table.
Pool
At the house there is your own heated private pool and spa for your enjoyment and convenience. The pool was resurfaced and the pool deck repainted in October and both are in as new condition.
A short walk to the community clubhouse brings you to a huge pool and 10 person Jacuzzi. Enjoy the poolside Tiki Hut and Cabanas. This beautiful clubhouse also offers a state of the art exercise room, a terrific children's playground, climbing structure, an arcade, an 18 hole mini golf course, and a sand volleyball court.
Outside
Our home has an oversized lanai with a large sun drenched heated pool, spa, and the outdoor kitchen and bar. There are 2 patio tables with seating for 10, 4 bar stools, and 6 extended lounge chairs.
The pool is heated to 86 degrees, the spa to 101.
The resort clubhouse is a 2 minute walk away.
Our lanai has an outdoor 65" 4K TV with a premium surround sound system. Relax in the pool while enjoying the big game or your favorite show. Watch movies at night under the stars! Or just listen to your favorite music with the 6 speaker system!
Garage
The garage has been converted into the air conditioned game room, but there is ample parking at the house for 4 cars.

Wifi is free , and the phone is free to anywhere in North America.

This home was spacious enough for our three families to spread out and enjoy the week. The outdoor kitchen, pool, and air conditioned game room were highlights! Our kids loved the clubhouse with a beautiful community swimming pool as well as free mini golf and pool table. We had a couple of small issues and reported them to the property manager. They were incredibly kind, efficient, and responsive at meeting our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing n definitely would love to book it again in the future. The pictures r exactly what u get. House is so spacious for big family’s. Mike n his wife was amazing n had a beautiful Christmas tree up for us so our lil ones enjoyed that. The outdoor kitchen n pool area was everything. We spent most of our time pool side. All cooking was done in the outdoor kitchen. Football on the TV the entire time we were at the house. Game room was nice for the kids during the day or early evening n was a nice relaxing time for the adult late at night. Community Pool, mini golf n the entire community was amazing. Nice neighbors n beautiful daily walks around property. A special thank you to the owners. Definitely will book again in the future.

We've just returned from a 3 week stay in this amazing villa. The pictures and description provided by Mike are 100% accurate. Despite cooler temps and some rain during our stay, we spent many hours on the patio enjoying the outdoor kitchen and TV. (The sound system outside was just like being at the movie theatre). Because of the large covered area, it was easy to relax outside day and night. The neighborhood is central to many attractions, yet far enough away to avoid some of the congestion. The home is in a gated community and we were able to safely walk after it got dark. The house was fully equipped and we were missing nothing during our stay. The club house provided additional entertainment with free mini-golf, large pool and tiki bar. The staff who worked the gatehouse were welcoming and so friendly. We visit Florida each year and this was one of our best stays ever. Thanks for everything Mike. We can't wait to come back. Janet & Leigh

We stayed in this home for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it! We appreciated that this home is in a gated community and is centrally located to many of Florida's attractions. The pool and hot tub were used daily during our time there, and we regularly utilized the outdoor kitchen. A couple of issues arose during our stay, but the management company took care of them in a very timely manner to our satisfaction. The pictures on the listing are accurate. While there are a few minor updates that could be done to really make this home exemplary, we are planning to stay there again in the future. Thanks for everything!

everything was just as advertised great house in very nice safe area very close to disney parks definitely will be my first choice when take next trip to fla.very big roomy and comfortable loved the foam mattress beds very comfortable the owner mike was very helpful and was patient with all my questions i have stayed in 5 or 6 different homes in fla. over the years and this home tops them all by a mile

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We absolutely love it. The pool and hot tub are great and we love using the outdoor kitchen. The game room let us have some fun indoors also. The community is great too and very safe, allowing us to take evening and early morning strolls. The owners are so easy to work with. We will be booking it again and I definitely recommend this house.

Really enjoyed staying at this house, the pool and hot tub were huge hit! We also made use of the grilling area on the patio, which was very nice. The owners were also great to communicate with! There were a few issues that came up, but they were taken care of in a very timely manner!
