Relax and have fun with a view of the lake in our Private Heated Pool & Spa for your family's enjoyment during your stay at your home away from home. This 4 bedroom, 2010 sq ft home has an amazing spacious pool deck and attached spa with it's own screened in lanai, no rear neighbors and a green space for additional privacy.
Our home is 6 miles from Animal Kingdom. Distance to the Disney Parks 10 to 15 minutes drive. Universal Studios 30 minutes drive, Sea World 25 minutes drive.
This beautiful home features 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with king beds, 1 children's bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds, two comfortable family sitting/TV areas, a formal dining area. Enjoy a fabulous heated pool and spa area with screened in lanai and deck. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen with a Kuerig coffee maker, BBQ grill, microwave, blender, Instant Pot, dishes, pots and pans and many extras. Guests will also have access to Smart cable/Netflix TV, and free WiFi, and free calling to anywhere in North America.
Our guests will also have access to a Picnic/BBQ area overlooking Davenport Lake along with access to a large heated (heated between Oct to March) Community Pool within a short walking distance. Guests can use the Tennis Courts and Play Area for small children. We are always happy to help our guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
We have an Electronic Front Door Coded Lock, so no need to get physical keys to open the front door, just use the code which will be provided to you 7 days prior to your arrival in a greeting/confirmation email.
Please remove outdoor shoes at the front door. We have a grill for our guests, which they are required to clean if they use, as a courtesy to the next guests. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $130.00 on top of the normal cleaning fee if the BBQ is left in an uncleaned state.

Located 3 houses from the end of a dead end street near the tennis courts, boat launch/dock and lake bbq area. Our home is 6 miles from Animal Kingdom. Distance to the Disney Parks 10 to 15 minutes drive. Universal Studios 30 minutes drive, Sea World 25 minutes drive. Our guests will also have access to a Picnic/BBQ area overlooking Davenport Lake along with access to a large Heated(heated between (Oct to March) Community Pool within a short walking distance, which is locked. Also, for their enjoyment guests can use the Tennis Courts and Play Area for small children. Not far away are plenty of golf courses, all the attractions of Disney, beaches of both the gulf coast and atlantic coast are aprox 1.5 hours away Airboat rides to view alligators are not far away.

We were provided with pictures prior to renting the property, the home was exactly as shown. There are many features to this home, a very nice kitchen with everything that you need. It has a very living room upstairs and downstairs. The house is very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fantastic as well as the enclosed linau. We particularly liked the Greenspace behind the home. The last thing in florida you would think you would hear is a motor boat on the lake. The property managers mick & debbi were very friendly and quick to respond to your needs, we had minor situations. This property was a real find for us. Veronica & Glenn

Host was easy to contact, house was amazing, close to Disney, but once back at the home was very relaxing in the spa with views of the lake. Would definetly book this house again
