The interior of our executive villa has been professionally designed and furnished to an exquisite standard. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is fully loaded with all the basics and more! The property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the main living areas and master bedrooms. The pool is 28ft x14ft on an extended deck area with brand-new high-end patio furniture. The King Master Suite is decorated in a modern style, with a King size bed and a 48 inch television with DVD player. The en-suite bathroom is enormous! With his and her vanities, the bathroom also has a full garden tub, separate shower stall, and a separate enclosure for the lavatory. The second King Master Suite has a king size bed and 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with build-in DVD player. The en-suite bathroom in the Queen Master bedroom has a single vanity unit and shower. The games room supplies hours of entertainment for all ages with a billiard, foosball, and ping pong tables. Pool toys as well as basketballs, volleyballs, and tennis rackets are provided and many more.

Bella Villa is a single storey executive vacation home located in the beautiful Hampton Lake Community.
Hampton Lakes of Davenport is a premier 448 home community conveniently located on US 27, in Polk County (just North of I4 and South of US 192). The community is nestled among oak tree lined streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which adjourn our wonderful community. The communal facilities which are available to all guests staying in Hampton Lakes include a large swimming pool, two Childrens play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts. There plenty of activities for all ages within the resort on days that guests just want to lounge around the villa.

About the owner: We are family of 3, my husband Gabi, my daughter Isabella and myself.
We all are very much involve in our villa and in the renting process. This is our personal vacation home. Comparing with other cases where the villa/house is purchased as an investment and not paying attention to the needs and details, it's just to make money… we are paying close attention to what it need at the villa when you are way from home, to the way how villa is presented to the guests, to the quality cleaning service, the supply that we provide with the renting the villa, to the welcome pack and many more…
In 2000 we fell in love with Florida and Florida’s weather. For many years we rented vacation homes for our Florida trip , different seasons and no one disappointed us. We came to the conclusion that getting older and leaving in Canada, where the winter is not that friendly it’s time to look for second home away from home.
I, been the most difficult person in my family( Gabriela), when it comes to quality …we started to search for the perfect home. Do you think was easy job? NO, because no house that was presented to us could pleased me. It was a long and exhausted search, it took us 1 year till we found this house. As soon as we open the door for the first time my family and I fell in love with the house. The house came on the market on the afternoon of our last day In Florida when we were ready to give and return home , I guess was meant to be ours so we put an offer that couldn’t be refused(that much we loved the house)and since then she became “the other beautiful house away from home”. I think it was meant to be ours, I have to say again. You may think why we call her "she", it's because is a girl that like to be clean , dress nice and presentable.
I was looking for a house with 2 master bedroom since my daughter is engaged and soon she's getting married and thinking for grandchildren in the future, we needed a house to accommodate all of us when we are going there. I wished for a particular house (and wasn't easy) with pool to be face to the south, because we all love sun, we two master bedrooms , we the vibe when you open the door and to welcome you in and to build nice memories...
We love the house very much ,so you will love it too! I promise...!
Why this property? You may ask, why should I rent this property ? Let me tell you why, because is perfect, is better then any other villa, you will be in direct contact with the owner not the Property Management or any other third parties/agency
This is our vacation villa, is not just an investment like other houses, we care very much about the condition of the villa. You will feel like home away from home as all our guests described our villa.
Its cozy, clean and we put our guests first and that's make a big difference!

Do we accept pets?
With regret we have to turn down all inquiries with pets. We have very strict policy regarding the pets. Not that we don't love animals but do to respect for our guests and allergy risk, we try to avoid any discomfort for futures guests.
We do apologise in advance for turning down requests with pets. If you think that you can sneak in the villa with a pet with out our approve ,I will say that you are wrong and eviction will follow and extra fee for cleaning will be applied. The only case that we accept pet is the service dog ,however even in this case all medical record need to be provide it before we accept your rental.
Are we going to deal with Property Management ?
NO. You will be in direct contact with the owners via email or telephone. We are very easy to be reached and all call to or from the villa are free in USA ,Canada and Porto Rico. We always provide our phone number or cell number so it is easy to get in touch with owners. Always our guests are our priority. We never let you down! That is a promise!

We have absolutely NO complaints but high praises to Gabriela, the home owner, for making sure the house was well stocked with the necessities plus several other luxuries, including his and her robes. The house is excellent with everything that you need , Very clean. It a little bit far form Orlando , but close to the parks. The supermarket and some shops are very close. ANN F.All you could want in a rental!
My husband and I rented this beautiful villa for 6 weeks this past February - March. It is so nice...beautifully decorated and spotless. Gabriela was very helpful and quick to respond when we weren’t sure how to set the alarm, and when the alarm went off unexpectedly one night. Minor problems, but it was great that she got back to us right away. The neighborhood is great for walking, and very quiet. Although we did not swim in the pool, it is very clean and well maintained. Just sitting on the patio, watching the hawks and Ibis was very relaxing. All in all, a wonderful place to rent...Gabriela and her family are very caring and involved owners. We would highly recommend renting Bella Villa!

The villa was as beautiful as the pictures show. The cleanliness and attention to detail was evident the moment you walk through the door. This villa has everything you will need for your home away from home, fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes, cutlery and pots and pans you’ll need, comfortable beds, plush luxury towels and luxury bathrobes. The outside area a perfect place to eat, swim and sun bathe. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

We were fortunate to be able to vacation in this lovely house for over a month. It is by far the cleanest, most well kept house we have ever rented. Everything from the appliances to the bedding, to the towels, are the best of the best . The mattresses are of the highest quality and very comfy. Owners Gabriella and Isabella now feel like friends, and were always extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. Our questions were few as everything was excellent. They have provided everything you could possibly need for a fun holiday, even extra pool loungers, and floaties, bikes and games in the immaculate garage! If you are looking for a lovely, spotless house, this is the one. The subdivision is also very nice and well kept. Thank you Gabriella and Isabella once again, for a terrific holiday.
