This villa has two master bedrooms, one on the first floor with a beautiful modern style master bed in it and one on the second floor with a romantic mahogany master bed with curtain for your family Therefore, families with senior citizens who don't like to climb stairs don't have to. All bedrooms have their private bathroom, except the Jack and Jill rooms, where they share one bathroom that's located in the middle. The villa is for families who like their house bright and lively, as the numerous windows let in plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

This villa is composed of four themes: 1) Pirate themed living room, when your children arrive the house the first things in their eyes will be welcome from captain Jack SPARROW, they could feel they enter the pirate fun world. 2) Mickey and Minnie themed breakfast nook give you and your children a lot of fun when you have breakfast, lunch or dinner. 3) Star War themed room for the boys which is a room where most boys love the most so far. 4) Frozen themed room for the girls, your princess could take a lot of pictures and enjoy a beautiful dreams during her holidays.

This home is located in Vista Park Phase II, a quiet, peaceful gated community in Davenport. It is very close to various dining options. There is a Super Walmart in about 8 minutes and two Publix supermarkets within 8 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from the Disney World, 20 minutes from Premium Outlet shopping center, 10 minutes from HO2 water park & movie theater, 25 minutes from Universal Studio theme park. 3 minutes to Us 27, and 10 more minutes to Us I4. It is very convenient drive around for holidays .

Ford's Garage is a very special Ford themed restaurant with delicious foods and lively vibe. During my last 10 day stay, I dined at the Ford's Garage 8 times.
Lazy Dog restaurant just opened not long ago with their wonderful beer club for beer lovers. They serve fusion food dishes that are delicious.
Apple Bee's Grill and Bar is within walking distance.
Olive Garden; Outback Steakhouse; Red Lobster; Friday's; Longhorn Steak House; Hooters; Crazy Crab; Sakura Asian Fusion are all within a 10 minutes drive.
