Welcome to our newly renovated beach house—your perfect vacation spot! It comfortably fits 12 guests, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy with family or friends. The pool area is perfect for lounging, and the kids will love the toys and games. I’ve also got a Pac 'n Play for the little ones.

Private beach access is just a minute away—either by our complimentary golf cart or a short 10-minute walk to Pompano Joe’s and the beach.

The gated neighborhood offers two convenient gates, making it easy to explore the best of both worlds.

Your private smart lock code will be activated at 4 pm check-in, ensuring seamless entry.

Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly. Closed gate, so very safe.

Our gated community have 2 convenient entrance: Northern entrance to Highway 98, and Southern entrance to Scenic Gulf Drive. Highway 98 contains plenty of big box stores, restaurants, water park, Destin Boardwalk, etc. Scenic Gulf Drive have miles of picturesque beaches, beautiful homes, and delicious restaurants.

Please note:
✦ There is a front door security camera facing outside to ensure safety of the guests.

✦ Guests need to review, sign, and return our golf cart liability before using the cart.

✦ Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury they cause while operating the 6 person golf cart.

✦ Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury that happens in the house, pool and backyard area.

✦ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay.***

✦ Smoking, vaping, and any controlled substances (including marijuana) are not permitted on the property.

✦ There is no parking available at the private beach spot. All public beaches will have parking available for both golf cart and private car.

✦ We hold any items left behind for 7 days after checkout. If we do not hear from the guest within this period, items will be disposed of.
